I've struggled for years to lose weight with no results I'm a women over 50 and was able to lose 6lbs the first week while following Benjamin's diet. Stu was my personal trainer for over 2 years and he'd be my trainer right now if I still lived in Dallas. I have had several trainers over the years, but sessions with Stu were unique because they were both fun and challenging. Most importantly he tailored the workout to my goals and my mood/energy level for the day. DeAnna is an excellent knowledgeable trainer. She creates a custom full body work out to get you in top shape without causing injury. I have to work around several old injuries , she has been miraculous in getting me back into shape and at a fitness level that has reenergized and changed my life.
