Eric is the greatest! I’ve participated in fitness boot camps he has lead for the past two years. I’ve also had him as a personal trainer for the past 4 months. Frez incorporates many different exercises into his training routines. He has my own personal goal in mind each session and uses many different tools to achieve this. He is encouraging and supportive but pushes me to achieve more each time. I've had many trainers before but Frez is by far the best!

As a hopeful candidate to be a U.S. Army Special Forces operator, I was beyond impressed with the work that Liz did with me. She not only helped me achieve a superior level of fitness with HIIT training, she also trained me to be a superb swimmer so that I may excel in Combat Dive School (the same school Navy SEALs go through). Her knowledge of outstanding exercises combined with her high energy and motivating personality make her an excellent trainer. The only thing that could have improved my experience with her would have been to sign up for more sessions, but unfortunately I needed to report for the intense training that Liz had so adequately prepared me for.
I loved loved LOVED working with Bridgette -:within two weeks I started seeing results in how my clothes fit, improved strength and cardiovascular fitness, and my nutrition and mood. She kept the workouts varied so I didn't get bored and made them fun. So great! Unfortunately I had to move away because of a new job, but she still keeps in touch with me to check on my progress. I HIGHLY reccomend this awesome chica :-)
His training is very intense and works the correct muscle that needs to be worked. He is very professional and will help you reach your goal. If it's muscle that you are trying to gain or loose weight, I highly recommend him. I've seen awesome results on me and that's why I keep going back to him.

I have trained with Jonas for several years. He always does a terrific job of mixing workouts to keep it interesting. I particularly like the football based interval training and agility drills. There is nothing better for weight loss! He is a very conscientious and knowledgeable trainer.

I've been working with Evelyn as trainer in a group setting for about 4 months now. She's amazing! She tailors her workouts to your fitness level, is super encouraging and motivating, and never makes you feel like you're doing less than anyone else.
I had a training session with Rick and was impressed with the warmups, stretches and lifts that he chose to target my specific fitness goals. I think that he could have pushed me harder on the first workout, but he held back enough that I was not overly sore the next day. He did an excellent job of increasing the intensity in the following sessions to match my energy level. If you want to have a really intense workout from session one you will need to let him know that is what you want before the session starts, but be careful what you ask for.
I have trained for the past 20 years at different gyms and with different trainers. I have been training with Willie now for the past 6 years, and he is by far the best trainer I have had. He is very knowledgable and knows how to get the results his clients are wanting. I am very happy with my physical shape and cardio endurance after training under him. He makes a commitment to his clients and makes sure they meet their goals by using a variety of training methods best suited for that person. His enthusiasm is a great motivating tool also.
