Coach Percey Keith and his son are great people to work with . They have helped me get back into shape very quick . With in matter of weeks I went from being able to exercise only for 30 mins to a full hour and morr . He takes great interest in my fitness encouraging me at every step. He is also very accomadative for change in schedule every now and then , something very important for busy professional like me. What is incredible about him is he leaves most of the decisions to you , giving you flexibility and freedom .
I have worked with Katie for about 3 years and she has been a huge influence on my way of life. Katie showed me things about how my body works that I would never have conceived of. Leslie has been amazing! In just a few short weeks she's helped me transform myself from the inside out. I have had nothing but great experiences working with Kenneth and Pure Ambition. As someone who had not worked out regularly in years, Kenneth's style of training fit me perfectly. He presented exercises to help me reach my personal goals and even more. He always challenges you with things you may not think you can do, yet he will be there right beside you encouraging you to push through and even working out along side you. Kenneth is great with coming up with modified exercises to accommodate your level of fitness or other injuries and health issues. He will even assist you with a healthy meal regime. I would suggest him to anyone willing to do the work!

Ralph helped me with weight training and breathing exercises. My sessions continue with nutrition & better eating habits mainly. He is most knowledgeable about nutrition, exercise & training in many different aspects with great effort & advice. He is always punctual & prepared for each session. Everything goes accordingly, as planned, by Ralph with complete explanations of the whys and hows of better exercise and nutrition.
Richard is an excellent personal physical fitness trainer. I had a pulled muscle in my back and I needed to get into shape, so I could join my kids on our family ski vacation. I was telling this to a friend of mine (who I noticed was looking slimmer!) and she told me that she was working with Richard and gave me his info. When I first started with Richard, I could hardly do anything, but by the time I got to the slopes. I dominated! I had the best time! I totally believe that his attention to details, his personally designed work out for me, and his positive attitude, was the key to getting me back in shape and working out my back problems. I completely recommend Richard as a personal trainer.
I trained with Dave for about 9 months. I started so I could lose weight for an upcoming wedding and within a few months I had seen significant weight loss and had never felt stronger. He's great at holding you accountable and keeping you on track to reach your goals. He's very knowledgable and is able to answer all of your questions about the exercises and nutrition. He trains out of his home which is a big plus for me since I have always been intimidated by the "big gym" atmosphere. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great personal trainer!
I have been involved with a group of men in a Challenge called Strong Start for two eight week sessions so far. David Becker Created and led our Strong Start fitness challenge seamlessly. This is an internet based program and his knowledge and expertise translated excellently in this format. I can only imagine how great it would be to actually train with him in his facility. David created an environment that was supportive, provided motivation and laid the foundation to be as successful as you wanted to be. I personally lost 20 pounds lost 3 inches in my waist and became leaner with muscle tone. I continue to build on the information he provided related to diet, nutrition and exercise so I can be the best dad I can be at 55 with three young boys. David has my respect and friendship. Chris
I have had a few trainers and Mandie was hands down the best to work with. She pushed me hard, but not too much. If I'm going to let someone tell me what to do in the gym it's going to me Mandie, love her.
This is great group of trainers! They come to my downtown office for the sessions, which is huge for me. Without that convenience, I would not have the opportunity to workout as much as I currently do. They been instumental in helping me develop and achieve my fitness goals. Five stars is not enough for the quality of services they provide!
Working with Whitney has been a great experience. She offers an abundance of training styles depending upon your goals. Speaking of goals, she is persistent in helping others reach theirs because she has helped mine. I have worked with a lot of trainers in the past and I would recommend her to anyone.

We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
Andrew is the most diligent and invested trainer I’ve trained with in Austin. I can truely tell that he was really pushing for me to reach my goals, without overstepping his boundary professionally. I also enjoyed the fact, that he was lenient with my schedule, yet also kept me accountable with an altered schedule. I couldn’t be happier with my results from my sessions with Andrew. I highly recommend his services.
