Alexandra D. says, "We had Chef nick host our wedding rehersal on Cape Cod. He and his team walked us through every element of the evening and Chef nick curated a menu that highlighted both the bride and grooms preferences as well as culture. People raved over his frutta di mare seafood salad and my father in law got veal milanese that was out of this world as a tribute to his late father that brought us all to tears. Nicks attention to detail made this evening run so smoothly and we could enjoy the evening as true guests instead of hosts which we are eternally grateful for. Between the ambiance and set up, the perfect amount of apps and finger foods that allowed conversation to flow easily, and the family style entrees that were cooked to perfection, its was an evening we will never forget! The team timed all of the courses that made the night seem flawless and led to the perfect evening before our wedding!! One million thank yous will never be enough!"
