My 13-year-old has been taking piano lessons with Taylor for almost a year now. He is an excellent teacher, especially on modern/jazz methods. He is patient, encouraging and challenging at the same time. He provides regular feedback to parents on progress.

I started going to Dolce for violin lessons as a beginner. They have been incredibly helpful and friendly through the entire process. The cost is very competitive and the instructor quality is outstanding making it the best value by far. It was immediately clear to me that the environment is passionate about teaching music and not just a business to make money.

I have been taking guitar lessons from Nick recently, and he is great! Very patient and explains things in a way I can understand. Doesn't jump down your throat the way some instructors do. Know he also teaches voice and keyboard lessons, and believe they'd be a good bet too. I would definitely recommend him!!

Micah is a truly wonderful teacher. I had piano lessons for 6 years as a kid - and I REALLY did not enjoy them. They were torturous. I am a vocalist, and had not really played keys/piano in approximately 15 years. Last summer, I started playing around on the piano a bit to try and help my songwriting and see if maybe, MAYBE, I could accompany myself. After writing a few simple tunes on the keys, I quickly realized that I needed to go deeper, to have a better understanding of what chords fit with what, to broaden my linguistic skills. I have only been taking lessons from Micah for about a month and so much has changed. The songs I have written have opened and bloomed, and I am jamming. It's so lovely. Most importantly, Micah didn't jump right into classical methods of teaching - he allowed me to show him what I know, how I learned it (hint: not by reading the music!), and he listened to me with regard to what I wanted to do with my practice. He has tailored all of his lessons and tasks accordingly. He has also been super accommodating with my schedule. THANK YOU, MICAH! 11 stars out of 10.

"Paula is valuable as a piano teacher because she instructs according to her student's goals. She's been playing for decades and is a recording artist herself, which obviously gives her the credentials and a special perspective...but during lessons, none of this gets in way of the student. She teaches you proper technique, but without turning the learning process into a bore fest. She exposes you to theory and the big picture, but without disregarding the student's natural tendencies of just wanting to play some songs. Learning stays fun, but nearly without notice, the student still gets the proper education . From a practical standpoint, Paula is a perfect instructor choice. As a 29 year old professional, I always had interest in playing the piano, but just couldn't find the time. Paula comes out to me, is always on time, and makes learning the keyboard fit within my schedule and its sometimes hectic pace."

My 11 year old son began taking piano lessons with Mrs. Melanie Richards approximately 3.5 years ago when he was only 7. He has amazed us on how much progress he has made since he began taking lessons with Melanie. She is patient yet sets expectations for their learning progress. Not only does she teach how to play the piano but what my son also enjoys very much is the music history lessons she provides regarding a piece of music and composer. She is knowledgeable and is a great teacher and we highly recommend her.

I've been taking guitar lessons with Brian for over a year. I started as a complete beginner and I'm still enjoying my lessons. Brian is a talented, very experienced professional who shares his love of music. He makes lessons fun and interesting and makes the extra effort to include songs from musicians I like. He's always patient, explains concepts very clearly and is always encouraging. I would highly recommend guitar lessons with Brian, and I look forward to learning more from him.

Eugene’s Music Studio is one of the most professional & kind music studios we had the honor to work with. My son is so excited and cannot wait for his piano lessons. The teacher was able to keep him busy and involved throughout the entire session (not an easy task) and she always comes up with new ways for him to stay involved. We are very happy that we found Eugene's Music Studio. Eugene was very attuned and helped us find the best fit for our child and we look forward to seeing the progress he will make with time.
