His knowledge and guidance not only propelled me towards my fitness goals, but he was able to actually fix a nagging shoulder injury that had been nagging me for the past 5 years that even my PT couldn't remedy. Incredible fitness knowledge aside, Zach is a friendly guy that is always professional and punctual.

Active and healthy lifestyle has always been part of me! But all this had new meaning, when I started to train with Neha. She demonstrated the benefits of strength training in a way that changed my outlook on fitness. Under her training, I lost all my post-pregnancy flab, strengthened my knees and became toned and fit. She was thorough in her assessment of my goals (strength & toning), my medical history (weak knees), my schedule (full-time working mother of two), my current exercise habits, my diet (vegetarian) and eating habits, and all things affecting my workouts. She was flexible and accommodate of my work-home schedule. I have had nothing but great experiences working with Kenneth and Pure Ambition. As someone who had not worked out regularly in years, Kenneth's style of training fit me perfectly. He presented exercises to help me reach my personal goals and even more. He always challenges you with things you may not think you can do, yet he will be there right beside you encouraging you to push through and even working out along side you. Kenneth is great with coming up with modified exercises to accommodate your level of fitness or other injuries and health issues. He will even assist you with a healthy meal regime. I would suggest him to anyone willing to do the work!
Before I met Chris I worked with several trainers over the years. When I started working with Chris I could tell right away that I found a very unique trainer. The fitness regimen with advice and planning on diet started to show results right away. He clearly has a solid understanding of how to intelligently structure workouts for specific goals - it is not in any way the standard one workout for all. He takes the time to track progress and use that data to further refine the workouts. His methodology has clearly worked - at 38 years old I am now in the best shape of my life.

Richard is an excellent personal physical fitness trainer. I had a pulled muscle in my back and I needed to get into shape, so I could join my kids on our family ski vacation. I was telling this to a friend of mine (who I noticed was looking slimmer!) and she told me that she was working with Richard and gave me his info. When I first started with Richard, I could hardly do anything, but by the time I got to the slopes. I dominated! I had the best time! I totally believe that his attention to details, his personally designed work out for me, and his positive attitude, was the key to getting me back in shape and working out my back problems. I completely recommend Richard as a personal trainer.
Dave is an awesome personal trainer. He is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, which includes pushing you to follow an appropriate nutritional plan. Dave is very knowledgeable about the science behind fitness, and his workout plans are appropriately planned and will leave you feel accomplished after each session (even though they are exhausting!). I was very hesitant to get a personal trainer at first, but Dave has made it an awesome experience. My goal has been to put on mass, and through a few months of training with him, I now weigh the most I've weighed in my life and am the strongest I've ever been. I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a trainer that is personable and helps you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. If you want to be pushed to reaching these goals, Dave is your guy!
Best training experience I’ve ever had!! I’ve been looking for a trainer like this for years! David pushed me in a positive, encouraging way; he had the answers to every fitness/nutrition question I could think of, he even had fresh bananas on hand for after the workout! Wonderful experience, will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.
I have had a few trainers and Mandie was hands down the best to work with. She pushed me hard, but not too much. If I'm going to let someone tell me what to do in the gym it's going to me Mandie, love her.
Good guy. Danny makes the workouts fun. Genuinely shows concern for one's health and fitness. He's does a great job of answering all my questions and explaining why or how things work or don't work. Smart guy too, don't let the muscles fool you.

Daniel is one of my favorite coaches I have worked with during my fitness journey. He helped me target my weaknesses and develop my strengths. I'm a better athlete because of the time I spent training with him.
We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
