I am really happy I decided to hire our wedding planner through this company as many others offered similar services. She was super organized, fun and really energetic. We loved working with her because she paid attention to all of our details. My wedding was EPIC and I'm so glad we had her help us as much as she did. We exchanged many emails which she responded to quickly. I gave her the ability to make many executive decisions on my behalf and she made them perfectly. I did have to change the timeline along with a few other things, which worried me would cause confusion. But no, everything went according to plan, she even went as far as to double check with me that everything was updated correctly. When we met at our initial consultation she was patient, attentive, and did a really great job of making me feel comfortable that everything would run smoothly. The day of the wedding was remarkably stress free for me, since the company offered other services that I needed too. We were able to utilize them for many different things. While she and her assistant were getting the reception ready, she would come in and check on me to make sure I was okay multiple times. I can't stress enough how this really helped my anxiety. I was super impressed with how it all turned out. It was everything I dreamed of when I started planning it. Everyone had a blast! Even the vendors loved working with her! I was actually very suprised at how entertaining the bartenders were, drinks were great. The Dj that she recommended to us got everyone dancing, even family we've never seen dance before lol. Overall, I'm happy with our decision to hire them, they really are One of a Kind!
My daughter's wedding was on 3/24/18. My daughter and I did a lot of research and decided to meet with Phillip based on his great reviews. During our first meeting with Philip, he was very professional, personable and took the time to answer all our questions. He also offered many tips and ideals in preparation for the big day and we hadn't even booked him yet! Of course, we did! He answered questions my daughter had and listened to my daughters wants regarding the ceremony. He prepared a beautiful ceremony. He was very punctual to rehearsal and was a few hours early for the wedding! He even prepared the sand ceremony by ensuring there was a table and he even prepared the two separate colors of sand in the vases for us! We would definitely recommend Philip! Friends and family at the wedding commented what a beautiful job he did. Call him, You will be very happy you did!
Leslie and team at Fabulous Affairs did an amazing job with my wedding reception. Everyone at the event commented on how amazing the food was. Their menu recommendations were great1 Even our minister commented that it was the best food he's had at a wedding and he's been to a lot of weddings. A big thank you!

Barbara at Austin Event Studio was EVERYTHING you could want in a wedding date of coordinator and more! She was extremely responsive in the wedding planning process, and even though she was only hired as a day-of coordinator, she was willing to help me with some of the more difficult decisions leading up to the wedding. She truly went above and beyond. Barbara was always an EXTREME pleasure to work with and her experience as a wedding coordinator truly shows! Leading up to the big day, she attended a final vendor meeting with my mother and I, and questions prepared for each of the vendors to iron out any wrinkles in the schedule. Then, she provided a detailed schedule (down to the minute!) for the actual wedding day. She was in contact with each of the individual vendors herself and reviewed all the contracts to make sure nothing had been missed. On the day of the wedding, her and her lovely assistant help to set up the tables, coordinate the vendors, and just make sure that everything was going as scheduled. There was so much to do that I know that without the help Barbara and her assistant, there is no way that everything would have gotten finished on time for the ceremony. I give the highest recommendation for Barbara at Austin Event Studio. HER PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE! I am talking, people were charging FIVE TIMES as much for the same services and not-so-hot reviews. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Evelyn helped us plan our wedding and served as a day of coordinator. Working with our limited budget she was able to create a truly memorable night. Her personality and work ethic will set you at ease. She was easy to collaborate with. Everybody knows how strenuous a wedding can be but Evelyn's attention to detail alleviated our stress. This October we will be celebrating our one year anniversary and will be looking back fondly on our special day.

Audrey of M. LANE Photography did my wedding day photography and it was *the best* I could've hoped for! She was very professional—on time, had all of her gear ready, and knew what to do in order to get the best candid and/or posed shots. And simultaneously she was warm, caring, and helpful. All of our guests immediately opened up to Audrey, which I'm sure helped getting good pictures. After the wedding, Audrey sent over a few pictures within a day or so, which was lovely to see and share with our family and guests. She was in contact post-wedding about timelines for the rest of the pictures, and I always felt in the loop about the process. I can't recommend Audrey enough!

I needed shirts for a team walking event. Kevin came highly recommend. We exchanged ideas for the shirt concept. Within days, Kevin came back with a design that incoporated my ideas, but also his professionilsm and unique style. He is efficient and completed the job in timely manner. Amanda was a fantastic coordinator for my very DIY wedding! I thought I could handle everything myself, but as the date approached and I was completely overwhelmed, Amanda came to the rescue. We met several times to make sure things would go smoothly across all of our various venues and she kept the communication lines open. She was organized, thorough, and wonderful to work with. Even when there was a glitch with the sound equipment, Amanda kept things moving and made the night perfect. We couldn't have done it without her!
Calah is a planning/spreadsheet genius. She helped me organize everything from my wedding budget to all of my ideas and choices for every detail leading up to the wedding. She also did an incredible job with putting together the bouquets for my wedding party and myself! I didn't want to deal with real flowers for us because I had dealt with oil and water getting on the dresses before, so she suggested that I used fake flowers. I don't have a creative bone in my body so I let her take the lead on this and she went and bought everything and put together the bouquets and they were beautiful! So we ended up doing the same for the boutonnières and corsages.
