Terry is a great coach! Have been a part of a Total Body Bootcamp 2 times now (before & after baby). Terry makes certain that you understand how to correctly do the exercises to prevent injury. He also encourages you to push further & get the most out of your time there. In my past experience, it took me about 3-4 weeks to see pound loss but only 2-3 weeks for a loss in inches. Terry's workouts are never the same, every day is different allowing to work all areas (legs, arms, abs). Awesome experience at Katy Total Fitness!

I love Phil's bootcamps. It's the first bootcamp that I've been to that challenges you the whole time. He modifies the work outs to challenge each person there to their ability level and never has you standing around. The bootcamps are very challenging but you can do anything for thirty minutes and feel really good about it afterwards. Phil is awesome as a personal trainer too. You can tell he cares about each client as he challenges them with runs around the city, facebook challenges, and texts to keep you accountable. 100% I recommend him for anyone.
Luis is absolutely amazing. He keeps you motivated throughout his bootcamp classes and is ALWAYS willing to answer any question about nutrition you may have. He genuinely cares about your overall health and pushes you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend taking a class with him!

We took a 2+ month long crossfit bootcamp with Brian in Houston. I just turned 50 this year so I was slightly apprehensive about the intensive workout. However, he "tailor-made" my segments to "push" me but not over-do it. He was very knowledgeable; motivating and patient! He also allowed it to be fun as well. Many times we laughed as hard as we worked out. I felt like it really reignited my love for working out and jump-started me back into an overall healthier lifestyle. I'm not going to be a body-builder or a marathon runner. I just wanted to tone up this 50 year old body and feel healthy. I'm well on my way; and although I'm not working out with him currently, I am working out regularly and feel like I have him to thank for it!

Chelsea holds a bootcamp located at the Iron Den on Thursday evenings and it is an awesome workout for one hour. We are offering you a one-hour boot camp on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m, also Saturday classes 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. at Tom Bass Park, 15108 Cullen Blvd. Houston, Texas 77047. Total cost for a full month of boot camp is $125.00. Our intent is to grow this boot camp, so tell all your friends. Maximum capacity is 25 persons.
