It's fun training with Julia I have not used machines in 4 years or so. I am learning better form using the machines I never got much out of my gym workouts until I trained with Julia. I enjoyed my training that I signed up for another month.
I have sciatic problems. Matt is awesome, he treated the problem and helped me. Now i am going to start training with him.

I attended spin classes and boot camps instructed by Shay. As a former fitness/spin instructor myself, I found Shay's skill set for leading, encouraging,challenging all fitness levels to be superb!!! Shay is a respected and highly qualified trainer and leader.
Kevin is great. He has a passion for personal training and health. Cares deeply about his clients, and is dedicated to improving their fitness routines. He knows the right balance between encouragement and tough love. He knows exactly how hard to push, without pushing too far during a training session. Even thru any injuries he makes sure to constantly ask if your ok so that's a plus to know that he worries about your body. kevin is also flexible in scheduling workouts. He will accommodate to your schedule and will find the time to train you. Constantly varies the exercises for each session I never know what to expect, except that I'm going to work hard and feel lasting results. I was out of shape. I couldn't run a mile or walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I avoided the gym like the black plague. It was the last thing I wanted to do with my free time. Now I actually enjoy working out! I am a little stronger, little fitter, and have more energy. I can honestly say that ever since we began I feel better inside and confident. I still have a long way to go and thats fine because at the end of the day he makes sure that we are makinh progress to the goal that i gave him...It's all thanks to Kevin and his kick ass workouts.
Cynthia was AMAZING! She very easily and efficiently guided me through the workouts and goals that I wanted to meet! She taught me the correct way to work out and has helped lead me to a happier and healthier lifestyle! Who knows where I would be if I hadn't had her!!
Totally love his style of training!! He is very motivating but at the same time commits you push hard and workout intensely. He walks you through every exercise and thoroughly explains what area of the body the exercise is working on and makes sure that form is correct. He is a ball of energy and keeps you energized!! Kuddos to Mike ...love love LOVE his method/style of training!!!
So far I've only had one session but I can honestly say the workouts were effective and Mr.Cortez is very professional and courteous. He is motivating and keeps consist updates.
For about 2 years, my wife and I enjoyed Water Aerobics at the local YMCA in Hinesville, GA, principally because Kindell inspired us to to get the most of the hour that we and about 20-plus other Seniors were challenged. But she always insisted that we keep from hurting ourselves by following her instruction. In truth, she made exercising fun.
