Ive been with Dan for about 6 weeks now, and can honestly Ive made the right choice in choosing a well experienced and knowledgable personal trainer. My body has been improving in strength and in aesthetics just in the short amount of time I have been training with him. He has been very professional and is dedicated to helping me reach my goal. The equipment is high grade and Dan has taught me how to lift and weight train properly. I 100% recommend, Dan as a personal trainer and as a nutritionist. Both of them combined and I can guarantee you the certainty that your goal will be met!

I would recommend this trainer to others. She makes excellent custom workout and the price is very good for the training you get. Because she trains at a cross fit gym, it is nice that I did not have to purchase a gym membership so I would have a place to train. 10/10 would train with her again!

Kevin is great. He has a passion for personal training and health. Cares deeply about his clients, and is dedicated to improving their fitness routines. He knows the right balance between encouragement and tough love. He knows exactly how hard to push, without pushing too far during a training session. Even thru any injuries he makes sure to constantly ask if your ok so that's a plus to know that he worries about your body. kevin is also flexible in scheduling workouts. He will accommodate to your schedule and will find the time to train you. Constantly varies the exercises for each session I never know what to expect, except that I'm going to work hard and feel lasting results. I was out of shape. I couldn't run a mile or walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I avoided the gym like the black plague. It was the last thing I wanted to do with my free time. Now I actually enjoy working out! I am a little stronger, little fitter, and have more energy. I can honestly say that ever since we began I feel better inside and confident. I still have a long way to go and thats fine because at the end of the day he makes sure that we are makinh progress to the goal that i gave him...It's all thanks to Kevin and his kick ass workouts.

Mike Arrowood at Arrowood Strength Training is not your average personal trainer! He is the complete package: Education (degrees and many certifications), work-related experiences (world class athlete, EMT, clinical exercise specialist for a physical therapy practice), professional in operating his business and most of all wants all of his clients to see results and obtain their goals. Personally he has helped me reach my fitness and weight-loss goals and helped me overcome setbacks I experienced through his knowledge of the human anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics; training protocols and nutrition. Mike made certain I didn't feel like "just a client" but was a part of my program. He did this through his personal interactions of asking questions, listening to the responses regarding my goals, progress , "how I am feeling" and making observations during my training sessions. He also explained the program he developed and the mechanics of the program and the exercises to ensure I understood how we were going to achieve success. The bottom line he knows what he's doing! About 3 years ago, I had put on some extra pounds, with encouragement from my daughter, I started a workout program with John. Weight training can be intimidating but with John's knowledge and understanding of our bodies, I was quickly able to shed about 25 pounds. If you follow John's guidelines on what to eat and what not to eat, along with weight training, you will see that those extra pounds will come off. John is very professional and I enjoy my workout sessions.
Working with Marissa was awesome! As a bikini competitor I needed someone who was going to push me hard at the gym & she did just that. If I wasn’t relocating to Vegas I would still be training with Marissa. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a great trainer.
