I hired Cassy to cater my sons birthday party. She was able to guide me on kid friendly meals with a mix of food for the adults. Cassy was very detail oriented and her food was superb.I received several compliments regarding how delicious everything tasted. This was my first time to cater a party and I must say a wonderful experience. I will use Chef Cassy for future parties and events.
Brian makes food that is AMAZING. My mom and I both have special diets and he took extra care in preparation of our food. I look forward to using him again.
I've known Carolyn for many years, and in the past two years, have been lucky to taste her delicious and skilled cuisine. Among my favorites were the pistachio encrusted salmon and the tapenade appetizer. But I've also enjoyed her fabulous Caesar salad and flourless chocolate cake. Carolyn knows how to build a well rounded and coordinated menu that is both delicious and inviting. Carolyn is knowledgeable of health conscious food choices, has a broad repertoire of vegetarian specialities, and is very accommodating to picky palates. She's also quite sensitive to those who wish to avoid starchy white foods and knows appropriate alternatives. I hope to continue to enjoy Carolyn's mouth watering creations and would recommend her chef skills to anyone who loves to eat.
I have contracted with City Kitchen multiple times and have always found their service to be very professional. The food always delicious and the service people always friendly and well trained. I am traveling 50%of my time and two years ago i met Erica and start working out with her when i am in town.Because of her dedication to her profetion i was able to lose 14ib and got off colesterol medecation and some of my high blood pressure medications .I have not found any one more knowlegable and dedicated in personal training and nutrition than Erica .Because of her i start playing soccer again twice a week .FYI iam 67 years old thanks to Erica

If you want to take your fitness to the next level, Gigi will get you there, guaranteed - she is awesome! I always considered myself to be in decent shape but wanted to get in tip top condition for a film I was cast in but only had 6 weeks to do it. After consulting with Gigi, she tailored a specific workout and nutrition plan for me and the results exceeded even my high expectations. Don't get me wrong, it was hard work and sacrifice to stay on the nutrition plan (and I found out I was not nearly as in shape nor did I eat as healthy as I previously thought I did) but Gigi made it easy in that she laid it all out for me - meal by meal, exercise by exercise - so I could achieve my goal. All I had to do was follow the plan. Mid-way through the program, she made specific adjustments based on my gains and areas I felt were lagging. Put your trust in Gigi and you will not be disappointed. She is so knowledgeable and experienced cause she's done all the trial and error herself in her career as a fitness competitor and trainer. Got to YouTube to see some of her training videos and you'll be impressed with her creativity and work ethic. Gigi is a great motivator as well. All you need to do is take one look at her to be motivated. Her physique is amazing and it's obvious this girl works and knows what she's doing. She's originally from the East Coast so she has a little bit of that NYC sass (in a good way) that she uses in a very cute way to get you going. Example: I texted her one day asking for suggestions on how to take the apple cider vinegar every morning cause I couldn't stand the taste. Gigi replied with a couple different ideas and ended with "but why bother just take it like a champ." Oooooh! Needless to say, I slam it straight up like a shot every day now, lol. I should also mention that this was all done online and via email, text or phone. Gigi always got right back to me even though we were working with a 5 hour time difference. She even went so far as to be available at 10:30 p.m. her time to talk to me to accommodate my schedule. I can't recommend Gigi highly enough. It's not an overstatement to say she changed my life. I received lots of compliments on my physique shooting the film which led to another film opportunity for me. I am eating clean and feel great and am as fit as I have ever been. After a couple days off the plan, I can't wait to get back on it as Gigi has made it become a way of life for me. Thank you Gigi!
Janelle is a great trainer. She is someone that doesn't let you make excuses which exactly what I needed. She helped me get in the best shape of my life for my wedding and is currently helping me stay in shape while pregnant. Janelle is very knowledgeable about the body as far as how to work it and nutrition. I would recommend Janelle to anyone whom is looking for results and wants a trainer to help them get there!
Provisions Catering is absolutely amazing. I attended a party that was catered by Provisions and the food was amazing so I used her the next week for an important gathering. The service, presentation and food was the same consistent awesomeness! Kim is very professional, dependable and prompt. Her food and presentation are superb. I recevied tons of compliments and many folks took her card as well. Great work Provisions and I can't wait to use you again.
My husband and I use Chef Leo for our family parties and events through out the year and we love the food, the service and the presentation is remarkable. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, the meals are interesting, varies and nutritious, and the portions are very generous. Often there are leftovers, and Chef Leo will work with you to tailor meals and ingredients to your particular preference and dietary needs. Customer service and delivery are also very reliable. I am so glad we choose Chef Leo to cater our events it is more convenient and healthier than take-out and completely worth the cost.

Wow! All I can say is I'm deeply impressed & satisfied with inner strength fitness. My first thought before going was, this is going to be someone screaming in my face, telling me to do more then I can & leaving in pain. No, that is not what happen at all. The instructors here were first very inviting, positive attitude, & ready to help me in anyway they could. One thing that helped was they are ready to make sure you are doing your workout correctly. You only get one body so let's treat it properly right? Next I noticed everyone there at boot camp was of different ages & body types. You had those there to tone there body, those who just go to maintain there body, and those like me wanting to lose weight. They work with everyone there regardless of body type in 1 work out together which was so nice. Everyone who attends is there to better themselves & those around them. Encouragement is something everyone brings with them. No judgment was ever passed. The style of workouts are fantastic! You get a chance to burn as many calories as possible. We always get a chance to work with cardio, weights, & core training. Your whole body gets a chance to workout here. If you have any injury's or restrictions, do not let that stop you from coming! They are experts in working with people who have any special needs. Another big plus for them. If you want the truth on nutrition facts these are the people to get it from as they are also nutrition experts. Last but not lease, it's time for my personal reasoning of doing this. I have done the fad diets & basic exercise in the past and fluctuated a few pounds here & there & would give up easy. Well, I stepped on a scale at the start of the year weighing the most ever in my life 305lbs. I knew I had to do something. A few months later a friend asked me to go with her to inner strength fit. So I did for the first time on 4/21/15. I took their advice on eating & feel better then ever. I don't feel like I'm starving myself & enjoy most of my foods no problem. I went 2 times every week plus did a little exercise at home in between. As of now 5/22/15 I know weigh 288lbs. That's 17lbs I have lost in one month!!! How can I not be motivated to keep going? These people help hold me to my goals, they hold me accountable. People around me are so impressed that I have had 5 friends join me already and every single one of them have had good improvements as well. It doesn't hurt to try the one week free for sure!
