I have been a client at Strength and Fəˈzēk for approximately eight months and went from deadlifting 135 lbs. to 475 lbs. and still going. Zach (trainer and owner) at Strength and Fəˈzēk, understands what works for each client as well as what may not work for another. My very first day was not a show and tell of the gym or about how much weight I could lose. Zach actually took the time to assess my body to familiarize my needs for exercise, diet, and training. I have been training with Tres at Spartan Strength Training for about 3 months and love the results I am seeing. I have lost several inches off my waist and other areas and with his meal plan and workout plan I have way more energy now. The weight loss I have seen is awesome and I am way more motivated to keep it up then I have ever been!! Great decision to start training with Spartan!!!!!
Ruby is awesome! I have been training with her for nine months now and I am getting great results. She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the body, nutrition and physical training. She listens and understands what you want and formulates "step ladder" goals to get there. Ruby is a very motivated person and makes reaching those goals fun. She expects the best from you, which I totally appreciate. I would not want anything less. I see us going way past my end goal. I wouldn't trade Ruby for a fully paid gym membership. I would never get the results I am getting now. I feel great physically and mentally!

He is working with my father training at home. Since his stroke, my father has put on weight. Marvin has been great working with my dad pushing him at his level. My father says things are going well and I think he has been surprised at how sore his muscles feel. But that means he's getting a workout!
It's been an AWESOME time training with Evan. He motivates you to keep going even when I feel like giving up! He's professional and knows what is best for what each individual person needs. Working with Warren, aka Dubs, has absolutely been a life changing experience. Overall he has helped me change my diet, my workout routine, and ultimately my mentality towards health and fitness. Dubs is very knowledgeable about personal training and is superb in helping his clients receive the results they are looking for. After working with him for only about 3-4 weeks, I had already started to see some great results! If you really want to achieve the results that you want, bypass all of the amateurs and get with Dubs. Trust me you won't regret it!

Ashley is also great. Her diet plans are easy to follow and have really helped me on the right path to reach my goals.

I've been training with Janelle at Cardinal Muscle Performance for over a year. Every week she provides challenging workouts. Janelle has learned about my unique conditions and is able to trailer each exercise to my level of fitness, and modify so I can do everything planned that day, specialized to my needs. I have trained with Jonas for several years. He always does a terrific job of mixing workouts to keep it interesting. I particularly like the football based interval training and agility drills. There is nothing better for weight loss! He is a very conscientious and knowledgeable trainer.

I started with Jamie in the beginning of January 2018. It is now coming to the end of March 2018 and I have lost pounds and inches along with gaining muscle and knowledge of nutritional value. I hired Brittan to train me at my home and to help me find a variety of ways to strengthen my entire body while working around a heavily deteriorated spine and damaged hip. We work around my chronic pain and when a particular exercise becomes painful (versus challenging), he always has an alternative for me to try.
