From the moment I joined the iBody facility and their outstanding training staff I knew this was the place to be! Each person is treated with respect, given encouragement, and uplifted to attain any goal they set for themselves in the fitness world. The facility is very well organized and clean, all the equipment in working order, and the staff is well versed in all area of fitness. I was very reluctant at first to join forces with a new facility and trainer but after six months this is my new home in the fitness community. Anyone looking for a reliable and well trained staff needs to look no further. I do not regret making iBody and their training team my fitness gurus!
Worth The Money ... So how much would YOU pay to reach your personal fitness/body goals? I would have paid almost anything IF I knew the results would be there...fortunately I found Sonny and Sonny was affordable... I had learned a lot in gyms over the last few years from avid gym goers (BroScience) unfortunately they had me doing lifts wrong... Did you know that proper form changes everything ? I did not until I started training with Sonny found out if I was doing the lifts with proper form working the muscle group it was targeted for that I would have to drop down in weight (it did hurt my ego a bit) BUT I am happy to tell you after doing them with proper form I got GAINS. Sonny has never been difficult to book, is completely engaged with you as a client during a training session and always explains in simple terms what you are targeting with an exercise and why It will work. Now for the bad part Sonny believes in training all of the body yes I am gonna tell you there will be core at the end of a session, Here is where a true fitness professional like Sonny really shines.... He keeps me motivated to give it my all even with the exercises (core) that I detest..SO If you are looking for a really excellent trainer and you are considering hiring Sonny I suggest you give him a chance to earn your business ...he has changed the way my body looks increased my strength and endurance as well as earned my continued business
I am currently training for an International Physique League competition. I have been training with different trainers since Dec 2016.I have switched trainers so many times I lost count. I was having a very hard time finding the right trainer to get me ready for stage; until I met Zak. Meeting Zak was a prayer answered. I was on the verge of giving up my dreams of competing. Since I started training with Zak my muscle strength and definition has improved a great deal. All the compliments I have been getting from my friends and coworkers are prove. Zak had me squatting bars I never though I would be able to. He has turned my "i can't" to, "look what I just did",Zak has taken personal interest in getting me stage ready. He gives me workouts to practice on days that am not training with him, and follows up to see that I am on track. He also checks to see that I stay on track with my meals. His rates are much better than all the other trainers (I had trained with); and yet he seems to know more than all the other trainers I had worked with. I cannot thank Zak enough, in him I have gained a friend to walk with me as I pursue my dream of competing. I would recommend Zak to anyone looking for a trainer. You will definitely not regret it.This will be worth your time and money. Zachary ROCKS!!!!!!
I started looking for a trainer unsure about how comfortable I would feel with letting someone see me so vulnerable while not feeling confident with my body. I took the leap and hired Spartan Strength Training. Rene has not only made me 100% confident but I am already seeing results. He is very genuine and makes me feel awesome while I am in the gym. Rene has also been able to answer every question about fitness and nutrition I have. He is extremely knowledgeable. Ladies, don`t be intimidated by a male trainer... he is amazing and beyond professional. It`s nice knowing I have him for support.
I wanted to share my story regarding results I have seen since working out with Becky. In Feb 2011 I had to have major surgery. Before my surgery I was 110 lbs. I have always been small and never had any trouble losing or maintaining my weight. That changed after my surgery. Within a year I gained 15 lbs. Which doesn't seem much to the average person but it was huge to me. I have worked out with 3 other personal trainers and did not see the results I have seen with Becky. Within 2 1/2 months of working with Becky I am back down to my pre-surgery weight. I never thought this would happen. I had come to terms with being larger than I have ever been my entire life. Becky's encouragement, energy and the balance between cardio and weights is what made the difference between the other trainers that I have used. I have told everyone I know about Becky and the results that I have seen. I have used 3 other personal trainers and Becky by far is the best. She is very comfortable to be around and I have already learned several new techniques. She combines cardio and strength training in a way that you do not really know you are doing cardio, which is my least favorite. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone is experienced and knowledgeable in personal training.
Ruby is the best! Ruby comes to my house every other week, or however often I'm available. She has helped me with my flexibility, motivation and stamina. She has been training me for a few months now and she is always on time. She always has fun and new ways to work out with different types of equipment. I originally hired her for my upcoming wedding, however I plan on training with her long after my wedding! I look forward to the days I train with her.
I had a WONDERFUL time training with Lori! She is a FANTASTIC trainer and really cares about her clients! She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! She focuses on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, cardio, weight training, etc. - so her training/advice leaves you feeling completely satisfied and positive about everything! You will also be blown away by her wonderful encouragement and positivity - she is always there when you have questions or are doubting yourself. She's a great trainer as well as a GREAT motivator! I always felt very comfortable and was never intimidated working with her, and I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone and everyone.
I ran my first 5K yesterday. I was not able to do that 5 months ago. Andy has pushed me to be my best. He genuinely wants to see me reach my goals. I had major surgery in May and he has been helping me gain my strength back week by week. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and watches my form to make sure I am not hurting myself in any way. He pushes me when I want to be lazy and make excuses and motivates me when I want to give up. He helps me be patient and reminds me this is a journey and takes time.....iI even have my mother training with him because he is realky good with training individuals at any level in their health and fitness journey. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a great motivational trainer that will push you to reach your goals in a non-militant style!
This review is long overdue... Before major budget cuts in my life I worked out with Nisha 3x week. I needed a serious butt kicking in my life and she was the one I chose to do that. I e-mailed her late one night and received a call within a day. She chatted with me for over 30 minutes about my goals & workout style. We both decided we were a good fit for each other and I started as soon as I could. The workouts were always challenging and fun at the same time. Nisha herself is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and intelligent. It never ceases to amaze me how dedicated she is to her business. In addition to strength training she asks you to shoot a picture over every time you eat or drink something and laughs when you thought you were being healthy-ish. She is the total package and your personal cheerleader. Love her! Do yourself a favor and get in touch with her!!!
I have been training for two weeks and already feel improvement in my stamina and strength. The sessions are challenging and are designed to give you an all over work out. Chris is a good motivator, is very punctual and clearly passionate and knowledgable about his profession. I would definately recommend him.
Having Evan as my trainer has changed me. Unlike some trainers, Evan's creativity in strength training is different from the rest, not to mention his positive fun personality really keeps you motivated and in check. He really cares about his clients healthy well being. I went in weighing 155lbs; by going to his group class a few times a week and eating right I dropped down to 127lbs. Losing 22 inches of fat. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVAN AT TOUGH FITNESS DALLAS! HE ROCKS!

I’d recommend Vincent to anyone who is in need of personal training. He is super well rounded, flexible, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I suffer from a weak core and lower back issues. He has been able to modify my workouts to improve my core strength and protect my lower back. I have seen great improvement through training with Vincent. If I have any questions about training or diet, he is a text message away! He wants what’s best for his clients and does his best to make fitness a lifestyle. Plus, he has good taste in music (always helpful during a workout). Again, Vincent is highly recommended!
David is an excellent trainer and helped me to achieve my strength training goals. He will challenge you :-) but it's well worth it when you see the results.

When I started working with Alix I wasn't feeling healthy or feeling good about myself at all. In a short period of time, I noticed great improvements! I highly recommend him because he will take the time to understand what you need and will work with you to build the strength that you need to continue to be challenged without being overworked. I have worked with Brittan for over 4 years. The workouts he designed for me helped me reach my goal weight, losing 50lbs, and through the years, have continued to build muscle strength. I am proud of what Brittan has helped me accomplish...today it was kettlebell swings with a 24kg kettlebell...not bad for a 60+ year old lady!
Love this place.. I came to try out in October and I still and I don't plan on leaving. The one on one training is amazing.. I signed up to lose weight and the transformation from the strength training is awesome. . Everyone should come visit at least once...
