    I had pretty much given up on personal trainers and trying to lose weight as the best I could do was a 1-2 pounds loss here and there- and then gain it back a week or two later. Not sure why I was open to Travis (I think God sent him!:))...but bottom line- I accomplished more with Travis is 5 weeks than I was able to accomplish myself in the previous 20 months. In 5 weeks I went from the 190s to the 180s to the 170s....and I have no doubt he will have me in the 160s in the next few weeks. I have also lost a ton of inches and feel amazing. He leads me through a killer workout and even though I hate every minute (of my very quick, super efficient workouts), I feel so motivated to do extra cardio afterwards; Success and momentum have a way of inspiring that! His clean eating meal plan totally works...his complete approach has been exactly what I needed to get this weight off! I am looking forward to a very fit and lean New Year! Don't even sleep on it- hire him- he is the best!
