Experience first and foremost. Over the last 28+ years I've made many mistakes but thank God I have learned from all of them. Now I can teach my clients how to avoid those same fitness mistakes and achieve the results they are looking for in a much, much shorter period of time. I've had many a client tell me that they have had trainers before, but never felt their muscles being worked and trained the way that I show them.This has to do with engaging and triggering as much muscle fiber as possible during your training sessions. This creates an almost immediate positive response from the body. Working in this industry is all I've ever done, and there is nothing I would rather do then work in the health and wellness field. Now that I have been studying to be an N.D. (Naturopathic Doctor) for the past 8 years, these studies have helped my clients achieve positive results from certain nutrition protocols I have placed them on so as to unlock their genetic potential that is inside them. This mostly deals with insulin/glucose metabolism. Jade was my first personal trainer, approximately 20 years ago. He was the first individual to take me seriously about gaining weight. I learned more with him in one hour of one-on-one training vs all the books I had read about fitness. He taught me to use the equipment, both free weights and weight machines as well as guiding me with nutrition. I can literally say that I am "Body by Jade". James s the beat personal trainer I've ever had. He keeps you guessing with different exersises. He uses a good combination of strength, cardio, and balence. He will challenge you without being a "drill instructor" I've met and used a lot of other personal trainers, some were good, but all of them paled in comparison to James.(show less)

Angela was a fantastic personal trainer. Before we began we discussed my goals, and she personalized a training regimen just for me, adjusting it as I got stronger and more fit. She was always on time and very professional. The workouts were challenging but not so difficult that I couldn't do them. She got me in shape for the first time in my adult life, and I still use the exercises she taught me. I'm now 50 years old and still in great shape, thanks to Angela.
