Prior to joining Movement Fitness I was one of those people who worked out occasionally for a few months out of the year, but would constantly get frustrated by my lack of results. As a prior highschool athlete, I thought I knew what I was doing, but that I was just doomed to forever stay my same size. I heard about Movement Fitness from a mutual friend and was offered a very reasonable introductory training session, and that one session literally changed my life! Fitness isn't merely about lifting weights, it is a way of life! A lifestyle that I apparently knew nothing about. My certified Master training coach, Steven James, showed me proper workout techniques, the importance of stretching, sat down with me and worked a strategic plan to get my body to wear I wanted it to be, and I saw results in only 2 weeks!!! It has only been a month since I've joined " the movement" , but already I feel better, more confident, I've gained 5 lbs of pure muscle, shredded fat, know how to properly workout, and they conveniently make "personal training deliveries" on my time at my own personal home/gym!!! Now that I know the importance of nutrition I eat healthier because I WANT to, not because I am being forced to, and I absolutely love it. Chris is an excellent trainer. Through his thorough initial consultation, he understands your needs. He has an extensive knowledge of muscles and their functions. He also has strong nutritional knowledge as well. He makes each workout challenging but still fun with positive feedbacks and encouragements.
Lexx is a wonderful trainer who cares deeply about her client's success. I have never had such a good friendship with a trainer, and the feeling of trust she instills really makes for great workouts because I know that she is helping me reach my goal with every exercise. She does a really great job at working around my schedule when things are tough (full time student and employee). I will always be grateful for Lexx because she makes me love fitness even if it's not easy to stay on track all the time. She also gives really practical meal plans that help me stay in shape. I've lost many inches and feel good and have been with her for about 5 months. Would definitely recommend her!

Managing my weight has always been an issue as I did not know how to eat healthy, the correct way. I have tried many workouts/meal plans but I discourage myself since I feel the need of someone to push me. I have failed myself many times and enough is enough. Coach Mirza has been a great coach since she pushes you to do more than your mind lets you. This is my second week training with her 1on 1 and I feel great. She provides weekly meal plans, which are delicious, and daily workouts, which are 5 days a week, challenge you more day by day. I know I will reach my goal with her since she is a true inspiration.

Edward is the man! He knows how to inspire, motivate, listen, be attentive, and PUSH you to reach your goals. He has boosted my confidence at the gym, and has taught me how to step out of my comfort zone in my workouts. I've worked with a few trainers before but Edward is the only trainer who I feel has an in depth knowledge of nutrient and diet in addition to his results driven work out programs. Bryan, is an amazing nutritionist. I have known him for 10 years. I have had other nutrionist in the past. But, nobody has given me the guidance as him. He pays attention to the details. I always knew about how to train, but never knew what to eat. I was afraid of eating, because I thought I would get "fat". I over trained, and over did cardio everyday. I didn't realize I was burning away muscle. I couldn't understand why I had so much fat, even though, I wasn't eating as much. Brian reminded me that I was lacking nutrition. He said " You are driving from Houston to Dallas and back on a half of tank of gas". Now, I know exactly what he meant by that. In order for your body to burn fat and gain muscle, its all about the correct macros. The meals plans are simple and easy to cook. Dr. Olivier has a flexible schedule and is easy to work with. Our meetings are designed to be able to address all questions I may have, while she does some assessments and looks at some blood work to best address nutritional deficiencies I may have. Wow, I thought I'd be forever getting back in shape..... I thought living on the third floor and taking the stairs was helping me. LOL!! Not!! After being evaluated by 365 Fitness Houston, and then getting in on their workout plan for 90 days; I was waaayyy better and felt waaayyy better than before!! I haven't felt this good since high school days!!! And get this; with the meal plan and the work out I lost 3-4 inches on my waist!!!! In only 120 days!!! Thanks 365 Fitness Houston!!!
