Latest Review: I am currently training for an International Physique League competition. I have been training with different trainers since Dec 2016.I have switched trainers so many times I lost count. I was having a very hard time finding the right trainer to get me ready for stage; until I met Zak. Meeting Zak was a prayer answered. I was on the verge of giving up my dreams of competing. Since I started training with Zak my muscle strength and definition has improved a great deal. All the compliments I have been getting from my friends and coworkers are prove. Zak had me squatting bars I never though I would be able to. He has turned my "i can't" to, "look what I just did",Zak has taken personal interest in getting me stage ready. He gives me workouts to practice on days that am not training with him, and follows up to see that I am on track. He also checks to see that I stay on track with my meals. His rates are much better than all the other trainers (I had trained with); and yet he seems to know more than all the other trainers I had worked with. I cannot thank Zak enough, in him I have gained a friend to walk with me as I pursue my dream of competing. I would recommend Zak to anyone looking for a trainer. You will definitely not regret it.This will be worth your time and money. Zachary ROCKS!!!!!!

Latest Review: Marvin offered personal training at the office building I worked in this was extremely convenient for me because I didn't have to drive to gym and it did not interfere with family time. Also as a new mom, I was looking for a trainer that would be patient enough to allow me to get back into a fitness routine - but at the same time, keep me on track with my goals. Marvin delivered on both! I found Marvin to be knowledgeable and thoughtful when he created my fitness plan. Things worked out so well for me, that I told my colleagues at work about working out with Marvin - they decided to join me for the lunch hour work out sessions and we got fit together!

Latest Review: If you are serious about making changes - Janelle is the trainer for you! Her knowledge of fitness, muscles - the science of and what they are supposed to do and how you are supposed to be using them...is unsurpassed. She has this intuitive sense to be able to look at you and immediately know what muscle groups aren't working properly for you and are your weaknesses. She is serious about what she does and she doesn't put up with excuses. Don't let her rough exterior fool you though - you show her you're giving it your all, and she'll dive right in giving you her all. I love her workouts and how she sets them up with short bursts of cardio after sets of weights. I really like the compound exercise techniques. She has also been fantastic helping me through rehab training exercises for an injury sustained years ago that I had accommodated all these years by using my body wrong. I am so glad to finally be fixing this and still get a workout. Janelle was born to be in fitness - its in her blood. As a client, sensing that makes all the difference in the world in the type of focus and attention you get in your trainer.

Latest Review: Growing up I was always athletic, and slim; however, things started to change in my 40’s. My lifestyle became more sedentary and the inches came on quickly. I was so consumed with life’s daily struggles, and didn’t make time for my personal heath. I knew something needed to change in order to gain control, and I was the only one responsible for making a change. When I met with Brian, I was a little intimidated. I knew I wasn’t in the best of shape, and working out had become something I no longer made time for. Not only was I was shocked when he weighed me in, and took my measurements, I discovered I had high blood pressure. This was the wakeup call I needed. When I began my journey with Brian, I started Advocare’s “24 Day Challenge” and worked out three times a week for 30 minutes. I was amazed by how disciplined I became with a great workout regime. After the 24 days, I was down 13 pounds and my blood pressure was also down to a normal level. Brian is not like most personal trainers I have had in the past. He is motivating and takes a personal interest in helping each and every one of his clients reach their goals. Every workout is different. I love the challenge and never get bored. Today, I have so much more energy, and even exercise at home with my daughter. Glad I made the choice to make a change. I highly recommend Brian.

Latest Review: Having had one on one personal training with other trainers, Lupé is by far the best trainer I've ever had. the privilege of working with. He's kind, but focused and motivating.. He explains proper form and body mechanics better than anyone, and his in-depth knowledge of building muscle tissue safely is very refreshing, He pushes you to reach your goals while also working with your limitations, avoiding injury or burnout. He truly loves what he does and it comes across in his bench-side manner!

Latest Review: Jonas Seawright was an incredible athletic/sports trainer over the Summer for me! He pushed me to reach my limits on the field doing sprints and stairs, and in the weight room doing squats and a ton of other exercises. Jonas impressed me with how well he motivated me and continuously changed up the exercises each week. I am a thin, tall, but toned Volleyball player and wanted to tone up my body more, while dropping just a few more pounds of weight, and gaining muscle. I definitely did that while working with Jonas! Jonas was ALWAYS on time, and even when I was a couple minutes late, he was always understanding and ready to get to work! He went above and beyond every week, being very motivational and working me hard. The exercises we did were with medium to heavy weights as we went on, and the sessions got a little longer over the course of 3 months because I had to prepare very hard for my Volleyball season this year. Nothing ever went wrong, and I honestly cannot think of anything that could have improved my experience. I would highly recommend Jonas to any athlete for season training, or anyone interested in losing weight, staying in shape long term, or just wanting to shed some pounds! Thanks so much Jonas! (:

Latest Review: My Journey with a Great Trainer I am a Clinical Psychologist and my training goal is Wellness & Strengthening Fitness, w/o weight loss. I have worked around the world with many ethnic backgrounds and people from all walks of life in my profession & with trainers. I've also had lovely experiences with a number of trainers over the past (2) decades; guiding my assessment of a them to range from poor, borderline, average, above average, to superb. I assess and critique the trainer from (10) major categories as listed. 1)Trainer Being Result Driven & Wellness Focused, 2)Trainer/Trainee Connection, 3) Trainers Knowledge, 4) Mutual Respect, 5) Trainer Confidence, 6)Trainers Communication loop, 7) Trainers Professional Mannerisms, 8) Trainers stride towards fitness results, 9) Trainers honesty w/o fear, and (10) A Trainer who Instructs (when its needed). In sharing my cataloged observation of Jason, I have done something that is so very hard to do and hard to achieve from me in a short period of time. I have rated Jason as a Superb Trainer. Basically this categorical rating go's unmet with me ; however, I believe Jason is deserving and he's earned his right into the world of fitness. He has the temperament and personality to work with individuals of all ages, all ethnicity's, and all walks of life. He is a great, caring, and psychologically healthy Trainer who can take trainees to a new level. Dr. P. Stokes
