I really enjoy training with Isreal. He's not just a trainer, he's a friend and your biggest cheerleader and supporter. He's committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals and is truly invested in your fitness journey. Even on days when we don't meet, I receive messages encouraging healthy choices, to make sure I've done my homework workouts, or just helpful healthy tips. I've made major strides in my fitness journey while training with Isreal. He pushes me to do things that I never thought I could. With every session, I get stronger and my limitations become less. He kicks my butt and keeps me smiling while doing it (most of the time). Training with Isreal makes you want to better and makes you want to do more. I was looking for a personal trainer and decided to hire him based upon his all 5-star reviews. I am so happy I chose him. He is very easy to communicate with. He listens to all my concerns and addresses all those issues. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. What I also like about his training sessions is they are rarely the same. You don't have to worry about getting bored with the training :) He is always on time and I respect him for that. Jose is the best PT!
My son has been training with Alex for last 6 weeks, and I believe Alex is one of the most committed trainers that I have seen so far. My son really enjoys the variety and challenge Alex brings to the sessions. I have noticed my son's fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in his ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, & generally have more energy level throughout the day. My son used to hate going to Gym, but Alex changed his perception and I find he actually looks forward to his sessions with Alex. After my first session with Will, I knew immediately that I was working with a guy that had a very high fitness & nutrition IQ. Will takes an inside out approach, the right approach, to your body, and although the weights and reps seem at first a bit entry level, you will leave each session knowing that you just got worked out in a way you never have. When you are training with him even little adjustments he does when lifting weights, from the way you position your shoulders or back to how your far apart your feet are make a great difference and the best part is that you see the results. I have been a client of Brady's for 5 or 6 years. He is diligent, prompt and focused on the client's goals and objectives and doesn't make the training session about "him" the way alot of trainers do. He is knowledgeable about body mechanics, sensitive to all ages and infirmities. I would recommend him highly.
Jonathan was by far the most involved trainer I've had to date. I've gone through 4 trainers in my life, none of which before Jonathan was personally invested in me sticking to the program and checking in on my progress. I opted to choose from his lowest cost training program. Even though I only saw him 5 times in one month, he made sure to be available to answer all of my MANY questions about the program and it's constantly changing challenges. One thing I truly enjoyed about training with Johnathan was his emphasis on safety and form. One detail I enjoyed about training with Jonathan the most was his concentration to you in your work out. He was never distracted by his phone or other things during my work out. He truly made personal training PERSONAL. That which is something that is lost with other trainers who get distracted easily or seem detached during your work out.
Esteban is an amazing trainer!! I remember training with him back in San Antonio, Tx and boy did I get some gains!!! I used to be extremely skinny. I started training with a weight of 107. After a year and a half of training with Esteban, my weight was 123. I grew a lot of muscle with increasing weight every week. We set goals and we accomplished them. By far, legs were always my favorite to train and Esteban knows how to work that area extremely well. Not only is he proficient in weight training, but also his genuine care for getting his clients to their goal. He is someone you can truly feel comfortable training with. He is always right there with you sometimes doing the exercises wth you for encouragement! All in all, I miss training with Esteban. Was one of the only trainers to ever increase my muscle mass. Train with Esteban, he will exceed your expectations!

Personal training. I've trained with Jason off and on for the last 10 or so years. He tailors to what you are looking for in fitness. Whether it be gain muscle mass or losing inches he's the man to go to. He very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and can answer any questions you may have. He's been my trainer and more importantly a friend.

I just had my first training session, and Donavan is absolutely incredible! It was all extremely, extremely professional and above board. Now the workout, to be honest, I haven't worked out in a while so it felt pretty brutal, but Donavan knew exactly where my limits were and was able to back off just the right amount to keep me motivated but not have me getting to the point of exhaustion. Also, he's clearly very, very knowledgeable on the subjects of not just exercise but nutrition as well. Working with Donavan, I can see the way clear to getting into the shape I want to be. Definitely recommend!

No matter your level of comfort or expertise he will adjust your workouts and meal plans to fit your needs and abilities!
