Ethan has been my personal trainer for a few weeks now and has been great. He's listens to what parts of your body you want to work on, and always has exercises that will strengthen those areas. He's always on time, patient, pushes you when you need to be pushed, positive and cares about your personal fitness success. Great trainer!! I would recommend him to all of my friends!

I opted for 5 personal trainer sessions to begin formal conditioning then transition to his12 week program. I have already completed 1 session and I am hooked! For perspective purposes, I am a 5'2" 102lb 35 year old female with prior military experience looking to regain muscle tone/mass and weight range of 112-117lbs. FINALLY!!!! Somebody who gets me AND my body type. I have always had a struggle with my weight, and my thyroid problems did not make it any easier to lose/maintain weight loss. In September 2015, I did a search for personal trainers in the San Antonio area and found Tommy Lammers; Owner/personal trainer of Beast Fitness.. I mean, the name alone is worth a consult. When I went for my consult, I didn't know what to expect and this bearded guy with tattoos walks over to introduce himself... I'm thinking, "oh yeah, he's bad a**". I was so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to get to know the client. He does a comprehensive interview in order to assess your health and fitness goals and develops a nutrition and exercise plan specifically for YOU; because he understands that everyone is not the same. He really cares about his clients. I was so impressed that he took it upon himself to actually research my health condition so that he could develop the best plan for optimal results. Since training with Tommy, I have learned to let go of the scale, really look at myself and take note what I am actually accomplishing. I have worn clothes that I haven't worn in years, and some that I have NEVER been able to wear. The affect that he has had on my mental health is incredible---even says my mother and my brother---If you seriously want to make a lifestyle change and feel better than ever, he IS the one to call. Not only will you adopt healthy lifestyle changes, but the new physical aesthetic that you can achieve will blow your mind...The best part---you'll gain an awesome friend.

Chris really knows how to build your metabolism and is constantly updating his knowledge. Some personal trainers will have you do endless hours of cardio while skimping on the calories, not Chris! He will rebuild your body in the healthiest way possible. I am so happy with my progress and finally have the confidence I've always wanted. Great place to workout. Jeremy and Shea are phenomenal trainers who know how to motivate. A lot of equipment and variety in classes that keep you excited about coming back for more.
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I'm so happy that he is working with me and I'm so excited to see what the next month brings!!!
I trained with Dave for about 9 months. I started so I could lose weight for an upcoming wedding and within a few months I had seen significant weight loss and had never felt stronger. He's great at holding you accountable and keeping you on track to reach your goals. He's very knowledgable and is able to answer all of your questions about the exercises and nutrition. He trains out of his home which is a big plus for me since I have always been intimidated by the "big gym" atmosphere. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great personal trainer!

So me and my wife were looking for a personal trainer to look good for our wedding. We already got married if you must know. We came across Mrs. Ally and boy did she put us to work. Not only were we working out but she also had us on a diet as well. We finished in the endish of spring, May 5. Our results were beyond expected. After the honey mood were gonna be at it again. Brent is very attentive to helping me meet my personal goals while remaining supportive and encouraging in positive ways. I was a complete novice who had never stepped foot in a gym and he met me where I was at, showing me basic skills to build on. He's been extremely helpful in keeping me on track with good nutrition, and switching up my program when needed to get new results.

The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!
