Benjamin was great! I really felt the burn and soreness. He likes to create workouts that are a set of combo aerobics with lifting so you get the best of both worlds. Highly recommend.
Melisa is an awesome yoga instructor for any skill level. Most of the time I like to challenge myself and do the advanced options, but when I can't, Melissa notices and provides modifications. Melissa always comes up with different and well rounded routines.
Lesley is an incredibly gifted pilates instructor. She is very intiutive regarding what areas need strengthening and has a knack for explaining how to correctly perform each movement as she takes you through the class. She is professional, conscientious, and always on time. She is committed to continued education so is up to date with new equipment, etc. And she is a great person!
Evan, Joey and Ted are GREAT trainers! Each one of them knows how to motivate you to give your maximum effort during a workout. Workouts are challenging and fun, and you NEVER do the same workout twice. I had numerous schedule changes over the summer and was able to train with each of these instructors, so I know they will all get you results! Class sizes are small and the rates are affordable. I highly recommend Tough Fitness!

ILKB Richardson is like no other studio. Here, you will work hard, you will be encouraged by peers, you will be taught by the instructors, you will see changes and having fun doing it. At the beginning you do second guess yourself as to why you're there and why you're doing all that work. It doesn't take long to see changes in your body. Clothes fitting looser, complements from family and friends. You do become a 'fit-fam' who shares experiences, nutritional tips and and support for each other. On DJ nights, you're still working out and having fun listening to live music. It's a great workout, you go at your own pace and anywhere from teenagers on up. You will love it and will want to keep coming back. ❤🥊

Wow! All I can say is I'm deeply impressed & satisfied with inner strength fitness. My first thought before going was, this is going to be someone screaming in my face, telling me to do more then I can & leaving in pain. No, that is not what happen at all. The instructors here were first very inviting, positive attitude, & ready to help me in anyway they could. One thing that helped was they are ready to make sure you are doing your workout correctly. You only get one body so let's treat it properly right? Next I noticed everyone there at boot camp was of different ages & body types. You had those there to tone there body, those who just go to maintain there body, and those like me wanting to lose weight. They work with everyone there regardless of body type in 1 work out together which was so nice. Everyone who attends is there to better themselves & those around them. Encouragement is something everyone brings with them. No judgment was ever passed. The style of workouts are fantastic! You get a chance to burn as many calories as possible. We always get a chance to work with cardio, weights, & core training. Your whole body gets a chance to workout here. If you have any injury's or restrictions, do not let that stop you from coming! They are experts in working with people who have any special needs. Another big plus for them. If you want the truth on nutrition facts these are the people to get it from as they are also nutrition experts. Last but not lease, it's time for my personal reasoning of doing this. I have done the fad diets & basic exercise in the past and fluctuated a few pounds here & there & would give up easy. Well, I stepped on a scale at the start of the year weighing the most ever in my life 305lbs. I knew I had to do something. A few months later a friend asked me to go with her to inner strength fit. So I did for the first time on 4/21/15. I took their advice on eating & feel better then ever. I don't feel like I'm starving myself & enjoy most of my foods no problem. I went 2 times every week plus did a little exercise at home in between. As of now 5/22/15 I know weigh 288lbs. That's 17lbs I have lost in one month!!! How can I not be motivated to keep going? These people help hold me to my goals, they hold me accountable. People around me are so impressed that I have had 5 friends join me already and every single one of them have had good improvements as well. It doesn't hurt to try the one week free for sure!
