Having Adam as my personal trainer was one of the best fitness experiences I've had. He has a great attention to detail and crafts the workout specifically to your body's needs and doesn't just do the normal stuff. He is a great motivator and makes you feel good about even the smallest improvements to your strength or abilities. And he can help you with a great nutrition plan as well. All around, you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to get your butt in shape!
I had the absolute pleasure of having Ruby as my personal trainer prior to moving. From the beginning, Ruby took the time to personalize a regiment that addressed ME and everything about me (age, prior injuries, goals). I'm extremely grateful for the time I trained with her. I've been looking for a trainer ever since....and I have yet to find one that can come even close! If you want to be inspired, you don't have to look any further than Ruby.
Lori is a great personal trainer. She pushes me and is helping me get in shape. Lori is punctual and keeps the workouts fun. There is never a dull moment. I personally recommend Lori for anyone looking to work out with a dedicated trainer.

In the beginning, I was reluctant to work with a personal trainer because of my age (late 60s) & lack of physical conditioning. Haha! I was fearful that I would just end up being injured. Well, that fear was unfounded since this amazing man always just knows what's going to work for me. Once we got started, I began to enjoy many health benefits. Now, nearly two years later, I am still thrilled to be this "work in progress" & don't want this journey to ever end!

I was really nervous about starting with a trainer when I was so out-of-shape, but Tough Fitness has become a wonderful force in my life. I now train 4 days a week, up from 2, and many days training is the best part of my day. My trainer, Joey Munoz, is a genius --no exaggeration! Every workout is different, I'm never bored --sometimes I even think the session goes too fast if you can believe it. And he's always pushing for more (more endurance, strength and physical ability in general). He truely loves what he does and is one of the most respectful people I know. As a result, I am down 25 pounds, my wardrobe has quadrupled because everything fits, and I feel brighter. I also have definition in my muscles that I love (no bulk). In the last few weeks, we've been focusing on meals and I really like the plan. I'm not really sure how much more weight I will lose. Sky's the limit so I just take it one pound at a time. Super fun. Tough Fitness is by far the best investment I've made in the last decade --maybe ever. Time will tell...
Marvin is an excellent trainer. He listens to what your goals are and focuses the routines workouts around them. Also, Marvin has always been extremely flexible with workout times and changes. I would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a trainer no matter your fitness level!!!
Ryan was my personal trainer for several years. I felt that I needed a trainer to 1) keep me motivated, 2) teach me how to use the equipment since I had not ever worked out before and 3) help me learn and understand all of the requirements to build and maintain a strong, healthy body. Ryan met all those goals. During my time with Ryan, I got much stronger, I learned technique, and always stayed motivated. What kept me working with Ryan is that during our sessions, he was 100% focused on me and my workout. (In my years in the gym since, I've seen way too many trainers use their cellphones while they were training someone, and it appeared that their client came second.) Ryan was 100% positive all of the time. If he ever had any personal or professional issues, he never showed it around me. Ryan is very knowledgeable about kinesiology, the human body and he understands what technique(s) will provide the best results. He was always changing the workout routine to ensure constant muscle growth. I also relied upon him to assist with nutritional requirements. My time with Ryan was some of the best years in terms of rewarding physical growth. I have since moved to another state, otherwise I would most likely be working with him again.
Starting to work out again at the age of 52, I was looking for someone who understood changes the body made over time. Danny is very knowledgeable regarding the human body and has the experience needed to give me specific and necessary instructions. He responded to my needs immediately and with genuine concern. Sharif is a knowledgeable trainer who knows his stuff! I just completed my second week of training with him. He spent time with me in the beginning and we discussed my goals and he put me through a fitness assessment to see where I was that physically. The workouts are customized for and my goals. He put me on a very sensible eating program and surprisingly I'm not hungry and have managed to make it through my nightly snack attacks without falling off the wagon. The workouts are tough but doable and he is very encouraging with getting you through the exercise. I am so happy to have found him. If you hire Sharif you will not be disappointed!
Trey is a very good personal trainer, I really like that he is patient and really wants the best for you. He will push you to your limit to get results. I would highly recommend him.
Alix is an excellent trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable about fitness, he listens carefully to understand what your goals are and what limitations you may have, if any. I'm very serious about getting into shape. I asked Alix to push me hard to the point of complete exhaustion where I couldn't go any longer and now I'm seeing results! He will show no mercy but as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain." In the past I've had trainers that don't pay much attention to you, but not Alix. He monitors every movement you make to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and not injure yourself. He not only trains you, he teaches you. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He will answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend Alix as your personal trainer.
I have had some bad experiences with various personal trainers, and I had some trepidations about hiring a another. I spent a lot of time interviewing trainers and decided to go with Britian, and I have been more than pleased with the results. He is is extremely postive, professional, and knowledgeable.
