Patricia has been a great help in pushing me to increase my strength. Although I just started, I have learned a great deal about how to and how not use the exercise machines. Using them incorrectly can potentially cause damage to your body and also not get the workout intended for your body. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer. If you want to loose weight or get more toned or even become a fitness competitor, she would be your gal.

FINALLY!!!! Somebody who gets me AND my body type. I have always had a struggle with my weight, and my thyroid problems did not make it any easier to lose/maintain weight loss. In September 2015, I did a search for personal trainers in the San Antonio area and found Tommy Lammers; Owner/personal trainer of Beast Fitness.. I mean, the name alone is worth a consult. When I went for my consult, I didn't know what to expect and this bearded guy with tattoos walks over to introduce himself... I'm thinking, "oh yeah, he's bad a**". I was so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to get to know the client. He does a comprehensive interview in order to assess your health and fitness goals and develops a nutrition and exercise plan specifically for YOU; because he understands that everyone is not the same. He really cares about his clients. I was so impressed that he took it upon himself to actually research my health condition so that he could develop the best plan for optimal results. Since training with Tommy, I have learned to let go of the scale, really look at myself and take note what I am actually accomplishing. I have worn clothes that I haven't worn in years, and some that I have NEVER been able to wear. The affect that he has had on my mental health is incredible---even says my mother and my brother---If you seriously want to make a lifestyle change and feel better than ever, he IS the one to call. Not only will you adopt healthy lifestyle changes, but the new physical aesthetic that you can achieve will blow your mind...The best part---you'll gain an awesome friend.
Vicky is a very dedicated personal trainer and nutritionist. She has been the best trainer I've had. No matter what my goals have been she has helped me accomplish them. I actually miss her insane workouts on my off days.
I worked with Chris for six months this year before I was relocated. I've had many personal trainers and Chris is among the best. He was extremely flexible, working with my busy schedule anytime from 6 am until as late as 9 pm. He tailored my workouts to suit my particular goals, kept very careful notes on my progress and helped me with meal and home/hotel exercise plans. And, he's a good guy, personable, kind and decent. I hope to work with him again one day!
De'Von is a fantastic personal trainer. He knows how to make you work at the sweet spot of tougher than I would push myself but not so hard that you are out of your depth. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and keeps me accountable on my meals as well. I have worked with several trainers over the years and De'Von is far and away the best.
I first started training one on one with Shelby Jones, then had the privilege of training with Alexander Holguin before starting classes. All of the coaches are amazing, they really care about the members and their lives both in and outside the gym. Olympic weightlifting coach Corey Bigelow is fantastic and really helped me with my form after only a few one on ones. Kelly Castellano, Lisa Vasquez, Bryson Miller and Audrey Hernandez are amazing coaches and have taught me so very much! Nathaniel Tennison and Jennifer Pirtle are super awesome coaches and personal trainers!
You get more than just a trainer with Heath; you get a life coach, someone who will give you all the tools to help you achieve your goals. He doesn't push you too hard, but hard enough to make you challenge yourself. He also has the knowledge and experience to help you work through injuries or problems spots. He truly cares about what he does and it shows in every training session. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their overall health & fitness.
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I'm so happy that he is working with me and I'm so excited to see what the next month brings!!!

By far one of the best trainers I have worked with. He's motivating and is creative with his work outs! If you have an opportunity to train with him, DO IT! Note: his workouts are not for the fainthearted, be ready to work.

What an Amazing Personal Fitness Trainer, the best in San Antonio, Texas. I have had the opportunity to sit in on other trainers spill but David is the real deal. Edward is everything you could ask for our of a personal trainer. He is enthusiastic and hands on and try to get the most out of every session you have with him. He is very attentive, good listener and a great motivator, so he knows when you're spent and he knows when you need to be pushed a little harder. Ed is knowledgeable of the exercises and can tell you why you're doing them and how it will help you, and he'll never have you do anything that he doesn't believe you can do or he can't do himself. I didn't have the chance to finish all of the sessions that I had Edward, but I feel like I still got all of my money's worth. Ed does his best to help you get where you want to go with your fitness and I would recommend him to anyone who really wants to better themselves.
Brittany has been my trainer for about a year! She is amazing! She listens to what you want...your expectations...priorities, etc. Then she takes all the worries out of the gym by panning workouts to meet your individual needs. Brittany is very professional and knowledgable. She is very flexible. She helped me get back in shape after recent surgery, adapting my routine to meet my recovery needs. I have never felt judged or criticized. Brittany pushes me to get the most out of every single workout while keeping it fun and positive! I never thought working out would be part of my life, but thanks to Brittany, I now work out 5 days a week!!!
The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!
