Bonfire Wellness has changed the way I live my life. Josh Balok's expertise in mix martial arts training is two fold. Having extensive experience in the United States Naval Academy, Josh understands the finer points of achieving phenomenal cardiovascular conditioning and physical strength. Furthermore, he knows how to fuse this fitness into a fighter specific regiment. Second, he is an excellent wrestling technician. I've personally hit the mat with him on a couple of occasions. His mastery of "on your feet" wrestling could provide any fighter with the ultimate stand up game. On the ground, Josh is beginning to become proficient in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. His combinations of chokes, holds, and grabs could be of great aid to any fighter (novice or experienced). Finally, Josh is a hard working, and fun guy to be around. I would recommend his training services to anyone looking to improve.
Jen is a great instructor/trainer. I take a cardio barre class from her and I absolutely love it. She mixes it up with different routines and keeps it fun and enjoyable, while giving you a great workout. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fun and enjoyable exercise experience.
Sam and Gloria Spearman have been training with Will for about 2 1/2 months. We are in our 70's, and have both had sedentary jobs all our lives, so Will had his work cut out for him with getting us in shape. We have continued to do what he has instructed us to do each time we have met with him. He knows what he is doing, and is great at customizing your individual needs training. I have dropped 1 whole dress size, and plan more. We look forward to our 3 times a week training with Will, and don't think we just pump iron, for we don't. The workouts are easier than you might expect. It is the best decision we have ever made concerning our health and strength. We must be doing something right, as we just finished planning 18 holes of golf in 100 degree weather. Yeah! What fun. Go ahead, try him, you won't be sorry, but grateful. She pushes me and motivates me in a Positive way 😀 She really listens to my personal goals and my concerns. Lauren also modifies some exercises for me. My goal was/is to have someone to push me to a healthier lifestyle both in the gym and in the kitchen. And with metamorFITsis, they helped me reach that goal as well as helping me lose weight and gain endurance.
