Things were cleaned that I didn't even realize how much they needed to be cleaned. I have decided to keep the services ongoing and look forward to the next time! ***UPDATE*** I’ve been putting this post off for a while. I don’t want to do it but I don’t make empty threats so here I go. I had been looking for someone to come in and clean my house for a while. I hired Christina Guillen dba Christina’s Cleaning and Organizing. She had more reviews than anyone and I thought I’d give her a try. First she was adamant about $75 an hour, $150 total. I thought if she did a good job it was worth it. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised. It was cleaner and smelled good. The bathroom was especially good. She couldn’t deposit my check so she came back after I got home for cash. We stood on the porch and talked a while she wanted to come back every week or two and I let her know there was no way I could pay that and she was ok. Said she’d come once a month to clean and chose one room to deep clean. It might take as long as a year but she could get it done, I thought we had a deal. Then I didn’t hear from her. At 6 weeks I contacted her, she said she got a new calendar and lost my number. Then she said she would come on a day, she didn’t have my address because, it was in the old calendar, I told her to come another day. I had a key cut for her and waited for my cleaning again. The day she finally came it looked like she didn’t even clean at all. I had an Amazon purchase on my table that she said her daughter did the room and didn’t know where she put it. Still to this day I haven’t found it. The house didn’t even smell different than when I left. I was so disappointed so I ask her for my key back. Not saying anything about the crap job that was done, I just needed my key back. After 4 times of promising she was going to get it to me she has stopped even responding to my texts and Thumbtack messages. All I want is my key back, I’m sort of afraid that since she has a key to my house, I shouldn’t post this but it just makes me mad. I feel like she not only stole my key but the last $150 I paid her for a service that was not provided.

VERY THOROUGH!!! They truly clean all you nook and crannies and know what cleaning means. You also get an up front price without a run around. They truly do this job to help and not just make money. I was amazed how some people charged so much and all you get out of it is an organized house and counters wiped down. Then they want to charge you $100+ to actually clean! These two understand what clean means like my momma taught me and it's not viewed as something to charge extra for. You buy their service and they do you right. My house looks even larger with everything so bright and clean! They also don't give you the run around on price. Most places say they can come out to give a quote or will tell you when they show up and give examples on prices. I needed to hire someone because I was running out of time to do it myself. I work and go to school full time and have two little ones at home. I don't have time to schedule multiple appointments for quotes. You won't be unhappy with these two. Very respectful, thorough, and have a true servants heart without any complaints and happy to help. I mean that comment in its pure, slightly biblical way and not as an insult. I can tell they do this not only for the income but to help and bless families like myself who are so stressed and burdened with a hectic schedule and to help provide some relief from that. Thank you guys! If I had the money I would set up a weekly plan, but will definitely use them the next time I can.
