Worth The Money ... So how much would YOU pay to reach your personal fitness/body goals? I would have paid almost anything IF I knew the results would be there...fortunately I found Sonny and Sonny was affordable... I had learned a lot in gyms over the last few years from avid gym goers (BroScience) unfortunately they had me doing lifts wrong... Did you know that proper form changes everything ? I did not until I started training with Sonny found out if I was doing the lifts with proper form working the muscle group it was targeted for that I would have to drop down in weight (it did hurt my ego a bit) BUT I am happy to tell you after doing them with proper form I got GAINS. Sonny has never been difficult to book, is completely engaged with you as a client during a training session and always explains in simple terms what you are targeting with an exercise and why It will work. Now for the bad part Sonny believes in training all of the body yes I am gonna tell you there will be core at the end of a session, Here is where a true fitness professional like Sonny really shines.... He keeps me motivated to give it my all even with the exercises (core) that I detest..SO If you are looking for a really excellent trainer and you are considering hiring Sonny I suggest you give him a chance to earn your business ...he has changed the way my body looks increased my strength and endurance as well as earned my continued business

I ran my first 5K yesterday. I was not able to do that 5 months ago. Andy has pushed me to be my best. He genuinely wants to see me reach my goals. I had major surgery in May and he has been helping me gain my strength back week by week. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and watches my form to make sure I am not hurting myself in any way. He pushes me when I want to be lazy and make excuses and motivates me when I want to give up. He helps me be patient and reminds me this is a journey and takes time.....iI even have my mother training with him because he is realky good with training individuals at any level in their health and fitness journey. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a great motivational trainer that will push you to reach your goals in a non-militant style!
I have been going to Frannie for over 2 years now and Frannie customizes programs based on overall health, existing health conditions and the goals of her clients. She also provides advice on how to complement weight training with cardio and diet/nutrition. Highly recommend!!

Evan is such an amazing trainer and motivator. He is always energenic and passionate about his clients. He makes each work out efficient and difficult, but understands how hard he can push you. Evan brings so much knowledge about overall fitness to each session. I have been working out with Evan with personal sessions for three months now and I've seen fantastic results - both weight loss and body shaping. Marvin offered personal training at the office building I worked in this was extremely convenient for me because I didn't have to drive to gym and it did not interfere with family time. Also as a new mom, I was looking for a trainer that would be patient enough to allow me to get back into a fitness routine - but at the same time, keep me on track with my goals. Marvin delivered on both! I found Marvin to be knowledgeable and thoughtful when he created my fitness plan. Things worked out so well for me, that I told my colleagues at work about working out with Marvin - they decided to join me for the lunch hour work out sessions and we got fit together!

Patty is great. She is very enthusiastic and has a great sense of humor when it comes to something most dread. You can definitely tell she truly loves what she is doing to help others achieve a lifestyle that helps you learn to love life again. I would and in fact have recommend her to all my friends. She started me at my fitness level, and I was able to perform each exercise she instructed me on. Can't wait until she is in my home again so that I can become stronger not only on the outside but inside as well.
I've been working with Erica for about a year and I have enjoyed the experience greatly. Erica's nutritional and fitness knowledge has enable me to reach my health goals and maintain my weight loss. I am newly moved to the Dallas Fort Worth Area for college and was looking for a place off campus I could plug myself into dance. I have always wanted to learn ballroom and swing dancing with an actual instructor and was very pleased with Augie and how he was able to answer all my many questions and work with my college schedule and he knew exactly where to put me start me! I loved that he communicated directly with me by calling me and getting to know exactly what I was interested in. I first met him when I went to a group lesson he taught and throughout the whole night he made the effort to dance with me and introduce me to several of his students and friends and made me feel at home! I am very thankful for the opportunity to work with him and look forward to all that he has to teach me! I would highly recommend him to anybody young and old to work with him!
As a hopeful candidate to be a U.S. Army Special Forces operator, I was beyond impressed with the work that Liz did with me. She not only helped me achieve a superior level of fitness with HIIT training, she also trained me to be a superb swimmer so that I may excel in Combat Dive School (the same school Navy SEALs go through). Her knowledge of outstanding exercises combined with her high energy and motivating personality make her an excellent trainer. The only thing that could have improved my experience with her would have been to sign up for more sessions, but unfortunately I needed to report for the intense training that Liz had so adequately prepared me for.
I hired Stephen as my personal trainer and I can’t say enough positive things about him. He is very high energy and just what I needed as a trainer to push me and teach me about proper form and technique. He is very educated on nutrition and physical fitness! He emphasizes proper nutrition and we discuss meal plans daily to help me lose weight quickly. Every session I get a great workout, feel wonderful after and I have honestly seen results in about two weeks considering the training I am doing with Stephen and the diet he has put me on. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRAINER TO ANYONE! At a very competitive hourly rate, you can’t ask for a better experience. I will continue to use this service for the rest of the year….5 STARS!!!!!
