James is very handy. We were updating our student rental and had a variety of projects. James replaced broken tiles, repaired drywall, and installed kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher and bathroom faucets after new countertops installed. He also installed baseboards. He was flexible in scheduling. Will definitely call him for any other projects.

This is my first time using this app and what a phenomenal experience it has been. Now granted the app is great but what made the experience the best was choosing James and his team to complete my project. The project consisted of applying window tint film on all the East and West Facing windows and patio door of a townhome. If you have ever done anything similar you know it sounds easy but in-fact requires a lot more attention to detail, patience and a steady hand than you would expect. James brought all that and more to the project. And when he was done his low cost on budget price tag was the only thing that was cheap. I can assure you few if any of those high charging glass tinting companies would be able to boast that they provide the same quality in workmanship. You certainly are welcome to pay out a lot of money and end up with a shoddy looking job or you can pay James a fair price for an honest days work AND receive first class professionalism and a 5 star look to any project James does for you. Hands down the best. Thank you!

I had a small hole on my exterior wall 25 feet up. James and his brother came out and fixed the problem in under two hours. James kept me in constant contact about when he would arrive. When a morning project ran long he text me updates to state when he would arrive. Once here he was pleasant to talk to and worked hard fixing the issue. He didn’t just caulk the hold or throw insulation foam in it. He took the time to fit a piece of lumber I. And patch around it. They did great work and would highly recommend Pelican Projects. I will definitely be using them again.

We work our hardest to keep costs down and never go above the estimated cost without talking it through with the customer thoroughly. We never want to be in a position where your home is torn a part and then we tell you it will come in way over budget. We do our best to keep things fair and clear for everyone involved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just make sure you feel like you can communicate with that provider and that they will help answer your questions in a clear way. There are too many horror stories of projects going awry - so hire someone you can communicate with and trust.
