In the interest of full disclosure, I am not one of Cynthia's clients. On the other hand, I've known her well in both stressful and unstressful times. I can't imagine a more sincere and deeply concerned counselor than Cynthia. She is a paragon of empathy, but in a way that would make her counsel strong and aggressively relevant, not meek and wishy washy. She has the strength of of an oak married with the flexibility of a willow. Forgive the cliche, but she'll cut through BS like a hot knife through butter. Suitably gently, but not without the necessary forcefulness. If you're looking for a crying towel she might not be your cup of tea. But if you really seek clear-eyed assistance, you won't go wrong with Cynthia.
