I wanted to step up my training by using a physical trainer but was concerned about over doing as I have a back injury. Brian has pushed me without hurting me, I have left the training sessions totally wasted, which is what I want. He constantly varies the workout routines and helps me understand why I'm doing the exercise and the correct form of the exercise. So far.. I highly recommend.
I have had a personal trainer before and I was not too impressed, so my husband was surprised when I told him I wanted to try working with a trainer just one more time. That's when we met Obi. He has been one of the greatest blessings. His approach to training is more like a coach. He is deeply invested in each of his clients to the point that we are good friends and he genuinely cares. He caters to individual strength and needs. He also texts us daily to help us be accountable and keep on track with our nutrition. My husband and I work out with him once a week together and we literally see progress every single time! It's not about how many reps you can do for how long, it's about doing your best and going until you're completely tapped out! It has been a great opportunity to build teamwork and be competitive at the same time. If you're serious about wanting to better yourself and having a great time while doing so, Obi is your man! As soon as we are done with our workout we are already looking forward to the next one! Once we've had a few days to recover, of course.
Casey has been training our office for about 3 months and we love him! He is knowledgeable and we are constantly thinking of things we can ask him about health and nutrition during our sessions. He tailors our workouts to the individual to increase or decrease intensity or difficulty. Casey knows what he is talking about. We have laughed and learned so much and cannot wait to continue working with him. All of us have made advancements in our health by working with him too. I personally have dropped more weight as well as increased my endurance for things like moving boxes, running and everyday activity too. We love Casey and you will too for sure!
Paul has been training me for 5 months now. Without any exercise routine in my background, I have had a real aversion to starting one. But wanting more stamina and strength, I sought out a personal trainer on Thumbtack. Per my request, Paul has eased me into a weight-training program that continues to build my physique. He set up an individualized plan that tailors the workout to my targeted goals. Workouts are well balanced on different muscle groups and Paul’s approach is a good combination of encouragement and drive. I’ve never felt overwhelmed or I would have quit. Paul is punctual for appointments and consistent in his demeanor and his training methods. Because of his Ph. D in the subject areas, he has the educational knowledge to answer and advise on questions of nutrition and exercise. I’ve gained inches in targeted areas when I didn’t think it was possible, which leads me to believe I can achieve even more. Glad to have found Paul and the UFI team. Aside: After seeing my results my spouse started training with Paul is equally pleased as well.
I had the pleasure of training with Mike when I was taking my fitness back after having kids. I had rarely did anything other than running and the way he changed my way of thinking about training was amazing and so were my results. He made my workouts geared to what I liked to do and always made them fun. I actually looked forward to going to the gym to workout with him on the days we trained. He is so knowledgeable and had he not moved away I would still be training with him today!!!
Let me start off by saying Brandon Talbot, with Super Human Performance, is hands down the best trainer I've ever worked with. I am a retired pro athlete, and and now work as an athletic specialist with some of the top junior athletes in the country and I've never come across someone so encouraging and precise. Brandon offered a program that he claimed would increase my vertical by at least 2 inches, and after rehabbing a torn Mencius I thought it would be a good challenge. I worked in this 8 week program religiously and it was well worth it. During the time of this program I not only received my workouts on time and in a clean understandable fashion, but each exercise came with a clear instructional video making it easy to understand what movements I was to perform and how. When I had excess questions Brandon answered me promptly and in depth so I left not only with my question answered but new knowledge I could use to my advantage. Overall this was the best training experience I've ever had my vertical increased by 6 inches and I can now dunk a basketball! My squat increased by 60lbs, and with the amazing stretching program that was including I am now pain free in my knee and far more flexible! I will be a lifetime client to this amazing service and outstanding trainer

I've been working with Kenny for 10 weeks and am so pleased with my results! I have noticeably lost weight, gained strength, no longer have to take sleep aids, and my overall energy level has greatly improved. I have never been athletic, so making the decision to work with a personal trainer was scary - I didn't know what to expect; however, Kenny made me feel comfortable right away. Cecily has been training me for the past 6 months and for the first time in over 10 years I finally feel confident in my swimsuit!! The gym environment is friendly, well equipped, and fun. Joe was my personal trainer for a little over 1 year when I lived in Utah. He was so professional & personable that he blew every other trainer I'd had out of the water. His training style was very compatible with my goals; he was able to push me harder than I could've pushed myself on my own, yet I never felt bullied like some other trainers I'd had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an athletic edge or a hand up in general fitness.
While we're (couple's training) only a fee workouts into the routine, we're already feeling how Tyler can push us! He's a good teacher and is very attentive to his clients' needs and will definitely make you feel at home when you're working out with him.

Curt is an amazing coach. He motivates me without being too pushy and is good at individualizing workouts, so they fit my needs and capabilities. He is very knowledgeable and stays on top of what is going on in the sports and fitness industries. He can explain the reasoning behind different exercises, is good at answering questions and is easy to work with.
The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!
Very thorough screening. Tests skills and balance. Great for preventing sports injuries. The exercises we were given to do after the screening have improved my sons strength and coordination. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their personal fitness abilities as well as athletes who are looking for peak performance!
I've been training with Katherine for one and a half years. It has been one of the most remarkable experiences in my life! Katherine's enthusiasm, creativity and knowledge have been very motivating, challenging and rewarding. I have dropped 10 pounds and seen my energy levels go through the roof. The confidence and joy her workout have given me are irreplaceable! Mariah helped me so much and was so understanding and never judged where I was at in my fitness journey. You see, I am someone who has never played sports or been athletic at all so everything was especially hard for me. Not to mention I have back problems. Mariah researched workouts that helped with my back issues and didn’t push on the ones that were hurting. I think the best thing I love about her is she had her own journey, she isn’t one of those naturally fit people that never had to really work for it, that made her understand when I was struggling. I definitely recommend Mariah. She is an amazing trainer!
