There were typically two or more people working full days for the entire project timeline, which was about 5 weeks. They also permitted the project and handled all of the paperwork and scheduling with the city. We are very happy with the final outcome! That's not to say there weren't hiccups and miscommunications along the way - that's to be expected in any major reno project. We had Rocco Construction remodel our entire basement and they did an AMAZING job!!! Gave me is a beautiful walkout to our backyard, finished a room for a washer and dryer and the kitchen is perfect. We liked them so much we’re living in the basement while they totally remodel our entire upstairs. Highly recommend Gerardo, Diego very responsive, punctual and finished the job ahead of schedule. 5 stars for sure!!!

While the project had some bumps early on, I want to highlight that the team ultimately stepped up, addressed the issues, and made things right. After some initial miscommunication and permitting concerns, Thomas followed through and ensured everything was corrected properly.
