Latest Review: If you think that training with Obi is gonna be like any other kind of training you've done, you're wrong. Obi not only keeps track of what you eat, he gives you active pointers on staying healthy. Rather than asking you to eliminate what you like eating, he gives you pointers on how to make it healthier. And his workouts are the strongest part of all that he offers. 30 minutes is all it takes, and I can guarantee you won't survive through all of it. I can not tell you how much he puts you through, and how much you stand to gain. All that he says, he backs up and prooves it even if you don't ask him to. Obi is the only trainer you can get if you really want to improve yourself.
