Casey has been training our office for about 3 months and we love him! He is knowledgeable and we are constantly thinking of things we can ask him about health and nutrition during our sessions. He tailors our workouts to the individual to increase or decrease intensity or difficulty. Casey knows what he is talking about. Goose worked as a personal trainer in the Medically Oriented Gym attached to the Physical Therapy clinic I once worked for. Goose has a great work ethic, has a lot of energy, and is fun to work with. You will enjoy training with him.
This woman is amazing! She is organized, responds immediately if we have any questions regarding our training regimine, she does the "full packsge" including health, nutrition, and exercise, and she has such a fun personality! I would absolutely reccommend her to anyone looking to push themselves to a better life. We are working with her to get our boys ready for the football season and shes great working with them as athletes. She absolutely does not charge what shes worth either! Well worth every penny, and then some!!
I started training for college football with the goal in mind that I wanted to make it to a top Pac 12 team. My overall strength and speed from high school were average at best. I crossed paths with Brandon and the superhuman program back in May and by the end of the month my combine scores were amazing. I cut my 40 m dash from a 5.2 to a 4.68 and my agility was the top presented at the combine. My max weightlifting goals nearly doubled as well. If you're looking for anybody to get you from the level that you're at to an elite level, this is the program to get you there. From my experience everything was tailored to me and my improvement, both physically and mentally. Moreover, difference between good trainers and great trainers are the ones who show that they care and that their desire is to get you to where you need to be and explain why you do the things they ask you to. Definitely the best training I have had and will continue training through the Super Human Performance program.
Jen is an excellent trainer! She is very down-to-earth and fun to work with. When I first started training with her, it had been a while since I'd worked out regularly. She's really helped me ease back into a regular routine and feel confident in the gym. I feel like she does a great job of getting me pumped up during a workout and respecting my limits, while also encouraging me to give it my all. Would definitely recommend her! :)

I have been working with Kenny for two weeks now. I'm so sore! I didn't have a lot of experience with training before, but I feel like he has been understanding of that and encouraging as well. He is fun to work with and has pushed me to work hard. Definitely a good choice to hire him as my trainer!

Cecily knows her stuff. She is great to get a long with and wont just treat you like number. You can ask her questions and she will always answer. I cant express enough on how wonderful she is with training me and I know whom ever trains with her will feel the same way.
Joe is an excellent trainer. I let him know exactly what I was looking to accomplish and he tailored my program to meet those needs. He is very personable, funny and really cares about you as if you were his only client. Even now while I am on a break from our training sessions he still checks in to see how I am doing. When my schedule permits I will be going back! You couldn't pick a better trainer.
Ariana provides great personal service and is really a dedicated and caring representative of her profession. I haven't been in shape for a while and didn't want any strong-arm tactics (Insanity Sean T) or fluffy hand-holding (Richard Sims). With Ariana, I'm always able to challenge myself with each lesson with just the right amount of push to feel like a million bucks the next day! Who knows in a few months I'll have my sexy back? (Yah, like I really ever lost it...hehe) Pounds don't stop my play...na' mean? I feel great and I'm looking forward to a fabulous transformation.
While we're (couple's training) only a fee workouts into the routine, we're already feeling how Tyler can push us! He's a good teacher and is very attentive to his clients' needs and will definitely make you feel at home when you're working out with him.

I have been going to OUR since June and have loved every second of it. I was struggling to get motivated and excited about fitness again after having a baby and OUR was so helpful. Super encouraging staff, friendly group fitness, amazing programming and awesome equipment. Their staff is trained to help all levels of fitness, beginner to expert and have specific programs for postpartum moms which is awesome! Love everything about it.
The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!
