He immediately identified that the wiring I had begun installing was the wrong gauge and provided valuable recommendations for my planned dropped ceiling. We quickly agreed on a fair price, and the work began.Alfredo's team handled modifications to some wall framing to accommodate a sheet-rocked ceiling and completed all the necessary electrical wiring, which successfully passed the electrical inspection. Needed basement redone (new floors, insulation, drywall, paint, and improved structure stability) after waterproofing that was done a few years prior and the work was completed in less than 2 weeks and done very well. Jorge is very responsive and takes the time to explain and was very open to rework or redo any of my minor issues. I had questions about everything and he was always patient and thorough. He is not only the leader but also has the skillset and was able to take care of some aesthetic issues I was anal about. Don't be upset or not happy about anything. Always speak up. They are there to do a good job and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Only challenges were little communication with people who come and do the work. I like to understand what is being completed during the day and sometimes they were confused about what was to be included in the work. (which seems to be the case when different teams work on different things). Also they just left without saying anything at the end of the day. This didn't allow me to ask questions about the work and to determine what was happening next. Ultimately Jorge as the project leads knows all so was able to keep me abreast of plans once I asked. Excellent job! I will be utilizing them for future reno projects!"See more

The best contractor in our six-month renovation journey. The job that was estimated as a two-day (renovating attic for storage), Jose and his team mate have completed in less than a day. Taj is a great manager, responsive and prompt. Team is very professional and neat, very quick without loosing quality and value. They also give great advice on improving not only aesthetics but also safety and comfort of the house, and do let you know if some ideas are not possible (we have old house), which is saving costs and integrity of the house. They also do proper prep and thoroughly clean up after.

While this review is vastly overdue, I wanted to share with you my experience with Yousef. He is very good at his profession and takes great care in what project you are trying to complete. In my case, it was home repair and renovation, but even if you wanted to build something from scratch, like the pyramids at Giza or a medieval castle like the one in Europe, Yousef can and will help. What I look for is the entrepreneurial fortitude and character to want to work and he does represent that, and his price is fair and competitive. He is very creative and can easily mesh with your own creative ideas. It’s fun watching him stare at a project work area and you can see the imagination, (or the gears turning), as he is thinking, processing, and envisioning what you need and want done. It’s almost like watching a child or an adult experience a wondrous moment, or when an athlete or musician gets into the zone, and you are just there to witness the moment. Don’t let the white Mercedes and Yousef’s lack of a tool belt throw you off. At first glance one may think “this guy?”…….”Is going to create, fix, and or repair?” Yes, my good people. He will. No tool belt at first meeting is easily replaced by his congeal demeanor and nice shoes. He does carry project pieces in his car but does have a truck and crew (often referred to as my people) at the ready. Perhaps, if you get the fortune to discuss beyond work…..the car, just like people……has a story. We talked about topics like the challenges of dealing with teens abiding by family house rules and financial discussions that involved deep dives into commercial banks and credit unions. As they say, I laughed and cried…..the times I cried internally was when I looked at the amount the projects would cost. I still look back, reflect, ponder……..and shed a tear. But I take comfort in those memories and moments, because I felt at ease when Yousef would look at me and simply say, “don’t worry”. To say that I endorse Yousef is obvious and an understatement. I also endorse and commend you, my fellow remodelers, repairers, renovators, and creators alike. Were it not for you to invest your time and resources in such endeavors, what hope would we even have to remodel, repair, renovate, and even create in our personal lives.

Hector's team did great work ahead of schedule but what I appreciated more were his project management skills. He made this renovation process so much easier than I thought it would be. 1. He listened well (one of the reasons I chose him over other good contractors that gave me a quote). 2. Pleasure to speak with. working with my vision but letting me know if he didn't agree. 3. Gave me options for design pieces which made it a lot easier. 4. When I changed orders he was flexible and understanding. 5. Gave a realistic price and stayed on budget and let me know upfront in the quote of one risk in particular that may cost me much more so I budgeted for contingency. 6. Didn't nickel and dime whenever there was a non major change or pick up. Highly recommend.
