The team was fantastic! They arrived on time and walked me through the whole duct cleaning process. We quickly inspected the ducts and they showed me the trouble spots in the house and exactly what needed to be cleaned. My ducts were in bad shape, but after the cleaning, they looked good as new. He even installed the bird trap for my dryer vent outside the home and replaced the dryer vent duct that was broken for very reasonable price. Technician arrived at my place today and explained the process. However, at last he asked $499 for cleaning but they promised over phone for all duct and vent cleaning for $199. It's difficult to work on price at the last moment and deal with it, especially where the cost has increased more than 100%. They should be fair about their cost and if their work is worth $499 then it should have told us before.

For anyone who is looking to have their dryer vent and duct cleaned, look no further. We must’ve contacted at least 4 other services and we were rejected because our condo unit is on the fourth floor and these companies have height restriction policy. Made no sense to us but we kept looking. Also, it is important to note the price that we were quoted that ranged from $300-$500 for inspection and cleaning.

For the fraction of the price they were more than happy to clean our vent. Both technicians were polite, courteous, clean, and punctual. In a matter of minutes they finished the job and left us with a fantastic impression. We will most certainly utilize their services in the future and will refer them to all of our friends, families, and colleagues.
