The request was to help me, a 68 yo obese out of shape woman to get in shape. Including losing weight, working with weights, tightening core, increasing stamina for life and daily chores/ What Olivia Smith did well...everything. She agreed to come to my house for this, she got a list of my meds to look up those she was unfamiliar with, she did a free consultation and asked very pertinent health questions, she asked if I had my dr's permission (I do), she asked for a list of my goals and is incorporating exercises to meet the goals, she gave me a list of her expectations of me, she is funny, but professional, nice, knowledgeable, uses good principles of exercise physiology (I'm a retired nursing professor, so I know what she should be asking and doing for the most part). She has worked with the elderly before at a nursing home. She is not "taking it easy on me" but she is allowing me time to rest as needed and hydrate. In short, she's perfect in her job and for me. I love this trainer. I could not be more happy with her. Thank you for finding her for me.
