What a wonderful major new look throughout my home!Most people don't speak of their home renovations as excellent experiences, but this was the case for me. There were no timeline or cost surprises. From the initial planning phase, to design/material suggestions and ongoing progress reports, the guidance and communication were excellent. Totally agree that the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved in our kitchen remodel, starting with Marius, was excellent. Our project included taking down a wall and closing an entryway in our 87 year old house. We reconfigured half of the kitchen and slightly lengthened the footprint.Special kudos to the person who installed the porcelain tile flooring and the team responsible for preparing and installing the quartz countertop and backsplash.We stayed in our home during the demolition and rebuild. The workers were very respectful and did their best to keep the area as clear and safe as possible for us but there was more dust and debris than we anticipated. In retrospect we should not have stayed during the demolition.We have been living in our new kitchen for a month now and marvel at how much space we have and how beautiful it is. Thank you LCM!Before and after photos."See more
