Joe L. says, "The first bid I had for replacing 1200 Sq foot deck was $90.000. Leo gave me an estimate of about half that. We decided to add another 120 sq feet of deck and Leo's estimate was $57,600. All said and done the actual cost was $57,200 and that included doing a little gutter work and rot repair. Leo and his son speak English and Ukrainian. The other workers speak primarily Ukrainian. This was a little challenge at times, but we worked through it using a translator app. Their skill level more than makes up for this minor inconvenience. The lead on the job was Taras. He always showed up on time and started and ended most days with a firm handshake with me. Each time I saw something I did not care for he made changes and responded, "no problem", Vladamir was Taras co-worker. Both are very skilled craftsman and work very hard. It was raining most of the time during the project but that did not stop them. Leo would check in on a regular basis making sure the crew had all the materials they needed and hauling demo material away. The job came out even better than we anticipated. It gave our 50-year-old home a new look thanks to Leo and his skilled team. The next project I need to contract out, you can be sure it will be with L and D Northwest Construction."See more

Lucy L. says, "This young boy came to my house 17 minutes late but was able to respond my ad like right away last night. For my vanity combo set he charged 300.00 total on labor. ( include his 2 hour travel time) He was able to work promptly and efficiently. But at the end I have to throw away all trash myself otherwise he will charge more money. The wall of the backslash area got damaged. Otherwise his work is perfect. I got this project done quickly and no worries and I was able to park my car inside. My total cost on materials was 446 plus 300.00=$747.00. Not too bad."See more
