I am more than happy to write this letter of recommendation. Connie has helped me over the years with keeping my recordkeeping and bookkeeping accurate and organized. She is very knowledgeable, detailed, patient, and excellent. I use Quicken, which is not her favorite, but she learns all the ins and outs of the program. She knows how to set up well-organized bookkeeping system from scratch. She has always made herself available for questions, and is wonderful about communicating in a clear concise manner. I have found her to be exceedingly patient, professional, trustworthy, and honest. You couldn't have a better person working with you!

-Elliot is creative in coming up with strategies to push our business forward. He has built us a data base, automated our billing direct for our large accounts. Is in the process of taking us paperless, so our technicians are capturing customer signatures on a touch screen tablet , immediately generating a invoice on site & updating our inventory with parts that have been used.
