Wow. My husband and I planned our wedding from Germany and working with Paul and Stephanie made planning actually fun! They were very professional through the entire planning process and worked with us to create a menu that spoke to both of us as a couple. Our guests said that it was the best catering they've experienced and on top of that Paul and Stephanie as well as their staff proved to be incredibly kind to us and our guests, even preparing a plate with food for my husband and me (as we were busy socializing w our guests) and also for a friend of mine who was busy with her 4 month old child. Lastly, we had to rent tables, chairs, cutlery and it was so easy to set that up through Paul and Stephanie. Thank you so much for just an amazing and unforgettable time and making the planning of our wedding such a stress-free experience. We're so glad to have found you!

Nola and her staff did such a fantastic job catering our wedding. From helping us plan to menu, providing a delicious tasting, answering questions about logistics and dietary restrictions, and providing stellar food and customer service to the day of the wedding, Nola and her team went above and beyond to make our day special. Our main entrée was fig balsamic glazed wild BBQ salmon with mango kiwi salsa. I wish I could make something this delicious myself, because it was amazing. Our salad consisted of organic mixed greens with julienned apple, shaved fennel, herbed crouton, and a really light but creamy bleu cheese dressing. They even made a separate salad with a different dressing for our dairy-free guests. The guest (and groom’s) favorite was our side: Beecher’s mac and cheese. So good! It was very stormy the day of our wedding, and a lot of things went wrong for us. Nola and her team went beyond the call of duty and helped out where they shouldn’t have needed to. They kept an incredibly positive attitude the entire time, conversed with guests, and helped reassure an incredibly stressed-out bride. The only complaint I heard from any guests was the portion-control at the buffet, but with a buffet we personally feel that was probably necessary. I had been concerned that people would take more than their fair share and leave guests at the end of the line with no food, and I’m sure that was the whole reason for starting out with smaller portions. I also heard that guests were invited to come back for seconds once everybody had been served, so I’m sure everyone got enough food. Overall, we were more than satisfied with Nola, her team, and the food. The food was everything we had hoped for, and the service was outstanding. We recommend them to anybody planning a wedding or other event.

We worked with Shelby for almost a whole year to plan our wedding. We were out of state for most of the time, but she was great with using Skype and keeping a timeline of tasks. We would have regular meetings to go over ideas or plans, but she was always available and answered in a timely manner if we had a question outside of our meetings. The most important aspect is that she really listened to what we wanted and the day turned out better than I could have imagined! Shelby made the whole process stress free and we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I would highly recommend her for any party/wedding planning or decorating/designing needs.

This man is absolutely outstanding! He met with us prior to the wedding day he went over the ceremony and wedding vows then, despite the mountainous location that we chose to have our wedding, Matthew's car died out in the forested area. Matthew went above and beyond to get to the cabin by respectfully asking the only country store owner out there to drive him the rest of the way. The store owner agreed and closed up his shop delivering Matthew prepared and ready to proceed with the wedding. He even advised us not to worry about how he would get his car back home or to find out what caused it to break down. He made sure that the wedding atmosphere was about the Bride, the Groom & family. Thank you Matthew Love! We are forever grateful to you. What a story to tell. xoxoxo

Fitsum has helped me tremendously with my wedding planning. Our wedding is not until May, but I felt the need to give her awesome reviews because she is just great at what she does and I wouldn't know what we would do without her. My fiancé and I have never planned a wedding before, so we have no idea what we needed to do. We thought that since we are having a destination wedding then it will be easier to plan everything, but we were wrong. There was so much stuff we didn't know and Fitsum has helped us tremendously even with a short time frame of 6 months. She helped us plan our at home reception and we can just focus in our destination wedding. She is easy to contact and easy to work with. She always respond to my emails and questions within a day, not only that she gave us great recommendations and tips. She also helped us pick out and reach out to our venues. She definitely has help relieve a lot of stress prior to our wedding and I couldn't have ask for a better wedding planner. We highly recommend her to anyone that we know!

Cherelle and Igor made our lives so much easier by competently handling many of our wedding decorations. Some of the decorations we definitely would not have been able to set up ourselves, but Cherelle and Igor found a way to make them work. A few examples of the types of decorations that Cherelle and Igor did for us are hanging indoor paper lanterns and flower strands, very classy floral center pieces, and lights hung outside. It was very easy to work with them as Cherelle was very responsive and had a lot of good ideas for us to consider. We recommend them if you are looking for someone to handle any important details of your wedding.

Working with Dana was a pleasure from start to finish. She helped my husband and I plan the "details" part of our wedding (primarily reception, but as the ceremony and reception were in the same place, she also had a hand in the ceremony decor). She was easy to work with and has excellent ideas about what will actually work during an event. Admittedly, I'm not great at turning a "vision" into a finished project for these sorts of things. However, I was able to tell Dana a look that I thought I was going for and a "feeling" that I wanted the room and event to have and she was able to turn it into reality. The amount of mind-reading wizardry that this requires is something I can only hope to one day possess (and really, I never will, but at least I know who to call when I need a hit of it). Dana was very responsive by both email and phone, and was able to gently lead me away from bad ideas without making me feel silly. She's also just a delightful person to be around, and always willing to lend an ear if you think you might be on the verge a mental breakdown. On the day of the event, she was there from start to finish and worked her tail off making sure that everything happened. I had let her know that by the time I was in my dress, I really didn't want to know what, if anything, wasn't going exactly as planned - just do whatever she thinks is best to remedy it. As far as I know, she did just that, because I didn't have to deal with any last minute issues and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend using Dana for any of your event planning needs and won't hesitate to do so again should the occasion call for it!

Jannice is gifted! She literally made my vision a reality. And where I had no vision she helped me create one. Our wedding was far more beautiful than I could even imagine.     Caitlin was an amazing help for my fiancé and I during the beginning stages of our wedding planning. She helped create a vision statement that encompassed both of our goals and desires. This allowed us to remain focused on the most important details, and not fuss over the minor ones. Caitlin recommended excellent venders, and organizational tools, which immensely reduced our stress and anxiety levels. Having those tools at our disposal allowed us to have fun with our event planning. We even booked a few of the recommended venders.     My husband and I didn’t plan on having a big, exuberant wedding. We wanted something small and intimate, but also special. Bianca handled everything with grace and made the day perfect! With just a month or so notice she was able to pull everything together and truly wowed us. She is extremely empathetic to where I felt like she could read my mind and knew just what to say and recommend to where I didn’t have to be stressed on our big day. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner.

    Such a pro! We Heart Weddings takes such incredible care of you throughout your wedding and wedding day process. We hired them as our DJ, great prices, and Laura really helped me when our playlist ended up with too many slow songs..     Katie at Cascade Event planned an event for my business party and it turned out excellent! Katie was very professional yet relaxed at the same time.
