Most recently, I called Raptor Plumbing after seeing water coming out of the ground when we ran the kitchen faucet. I called on a Saturday and someone answered the phone, booked a visit for Monday, and gave me a quote same day for the problem (sewer drain had collapsed about 5 feet underground so became a multi-day fix). Although it was a much bigger plumbing issue than I had hoped, Grayson and team did a great job. Always arrived as promised (texted when on the way), spent the day onsite doing the work (not disappearing to other jobs), and worked hard to get the drain pipe replaced as quickly as possible. I appreciate Raptor Plumbing's quick responsiveness, reliability, and straight-forward communication of the issues (they always provided pictures from scoping the drain) and pricing. From the start, Jason worked incredibly hard to fix the issue. He tried several methods, including a drain snake and pressure washer, but the clog turned out to be way more severe than we thought. Even so, Jason didn’t give up. He promised to come back in the afternoon with more equipment—and he did exactly that. When he returned, he put in all his effort to resolve the problem. By late afternoon, we were starting to lose hope, but Jason suggested trying a more powerful jetter pressure washer before going down the expensive route of opening the wall and cutting the pipe. He was honest, explained all the options clearly, and really tried to save us a huge amount of money. Thanks to Jason’s determination and skill, the jetter pressure washer finally worked after he spent a continuous 20 minutes battling the clog. It was a big win for us, and we’re so grateful for his hard work and honesty. I would definitely recommend Jason for any plumbing issues! Pine Rooter helped me unclog my driveway ground-level French drain with a hydro jet. I did not clean out the debris in the catch basin for a few years (oops!), and some roots grew in, so the whole thing flooded in the rain. It only took ~45m with the hydro jet to clear it all out, and the technician verified with my garden hose that it was now draining. Pine Rooter gives a fair price for hydro jetting (as even the equipment rental is somewhat expensive).
