My husband needed re-certification for CPR, First Aid, and BLS. He was very impressed with the knowledge of the instructor and how patient they were with student questions. We really liked that we could locate this training on the Eastside, as so many classes are Seattle-centric and, not to mention parking is a major hassle in Seattle. So delighted with NwBestCPR we will be back!

As a beginner to serious workouts, I am glad I chose Serious About Fitness. It's been about 3 weeks since I joined and I have worked with both Chris and Garren during this time. Though it is a group training, the trainers keep an eye out for how you are doing and the training sessions are highly personalized and fun while challenging at the same time. I have been going to Superfit for a few years and they are amazing! The staff is friendly and atttentative. I appreciate the positive atmosphere with all body types. I get more from one hour with them then I would two hours at the gym on my own. There is a focus on being healthy not skinny, which I think is so important. Very reasonable pricing for personal training. The hours are also very flexible.

William is the best trainer I have worked with. He has an intuitive understanding of exercise, diet and programming. More importantly, William understands how to keep his athletes motivated and encouraged through his programming. The life change, both physically and mentally were unbelievable when he was my trainer! I highly recommend William for personal training....without a doubt!
Holly was my trainer for about a year and through training with her and focus on improving my nutrition I lost 40lbs. Holly gave me invaluable knowledge about how to build my own workout and continue to challenge myself. Work outs with Holly were never boring - Holly had something new every time. I learned something every time I went to the gym with Holly. She is a very kind person and very open to listening and helping people to achieve their goals. I would highly recommend Holly to someone who needs help learning how to use the gym and make work outs really count. I can tell that Holly continues to learn new things about health and nutrition and she shares that knowledge with her clients. Holly also cuts my hair and she does a great job :)
From the moment I walked into Kellen and Benly's gym, I was comfortable. It had been awhile since I worked out. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Anthony is a great trainer who provides professional insight in high intense interval training, can customize workouts based on my goals, and teaches me proper form and technique while educating me on what I'm doing and why. Love his enthusiasm and constant motivation which is what I need to get me back into shape. The programs are worthwhile and that's why I am still in it.
Melissa is an amazing trainer. I was out of shape and feeling very defeated. I had a few months of dedicated time to train and I set up two sessions a day with Melissa. I was worried it would get boring or repetitive but she always managed to make it new and challenging and with her sense of humour working out was almost ‘fun’! I found myself improving drastically, getting stronger, losing inches each week, and (surprisingly) getting more optimistic. I would definitely recommend Melissa as a trainer and hope to be back in the States and training with her again soon!

I've been training with Nick for over two years. Nick worked with me on a plan, combining nutritional goals, supplements, weight training and cardio. Over the last two years, he's kept me on target, motivating me to continue to make progress and to track progress on a regular basis. Nick is thoroughly professional, never misses an appointment and is flexible on the rare days when I need to reschedule. He gives his all during every session, motivating me to push toward my limits - but never beyond what I'd feel comfortable with. He takes pride in his client's growth and is personally invested in making every client reach his/her goals.
My friend Dolly and I worked with Francis for 4 months. His workouts are always fun, challenging and we love the group aspect of his training! He leverages different equipment in the gym! We gained a lot more muscle and shredded fat in the last few months!

Jamie is very organized and prepared to train according to what your goals and limitations are. She is compassionate, yet firm on pushing me to the ppint I get out of my own head and strive for more than I think I can do. I live the flexibility of her schedule which helped me set up a specific time to train with her. She's motivated, encouraging and eager to see me succeed. I also like the fact that she can relate to me as a mom and wife who has a very on the go schedule but makes fitness a priority. I look forward to the next few weeks as my body shapes up more and I can begin to see the evidence of my hard work and her training to be great inside and out.

Maryliah is always waiting for me at the front desk when I walk in with a smile on her face and words of encouragement about what a great workout we are going to have. We have been working on specific areas to build strength for the last year, identified during a thorough interview at the onset, and she is always mixing up the lifts and exercises so I never get bored.
