I started working with Weightloss Transformation a little over a year ago. I have lost 30lbs and reached a healthy weight, but more importantly have found new energy and improved mindset from working out regularly. Patrick is a master motivator and lives what he preaches. He takes the success of his clients to heart and you will not find a more dedicated, professional and effective personal home fitness training company to work with. We have been training with Elijah - Physical Peak – for a little over a year now. My husband and I both have had great results. We love the ease and convince of having him train us in our home, without that we wouldn’t be making the life style changes we both have needed. He has helped coach us on nutrition changes also. About half way through our year we got pregnant and I have been able to continue working with him through my whole pregnancy, my doctor has said I am doing great and my health, blood test, blood pressure etc. has been right on track through my whole pregnancy. Josh is great to work with for your fitness needs. My husband and I hired him for at home personal training. He uses customized exercises to help my husband and I reach our fitness goals. Additionally, he has a great positive energy that helps us get in the right mindset. When first searching for a personal trainer, I had no idea what type of trainer I was looking for. All I knew was that I wanted someone who would help me to be a better version of myself. Andie reached out to me and gave me a very detailed email of what to expect in her training. Without even meeting her, I already felt comfortable and at ease. When beginning training with Andie, she made everything very clear about where she would like me to be by the end of our training together. She explained how my body worked, and ways to get my body to start functioning better. I have always hated going to the gym, but every day that I train with Andie, I am excited to go and feel so much more confident with myself. She is motivational, educational, inspirational and one of the most sincere people you will ever meet. I contacted Jill about hiring an in home personal trainer for my 75 year old mother after she had achilles surgery and was done with physical therapy but still unable to function comfortably in everyday life. My mom has been training with Nicki for a few months (she told me in the beginning she was just going to do "a few sessions") and has improved wonderfully. My mother likes to say she "gave up a cruise" to train with Nicki, but she insists it is totally worth it! My mother is not an easy one to please, and was a hard sell for training in the first place. Sam provided training exactly how I needed it. We sat down, talked about goals, diet, and exercise outside of the gym when not with him. My goal was to gain strength and become a better endurance runner, Sam was successful in helping me do that. Most importantly he helped maintain my motivation throughout our time together. He maintains records of your progress, which I appreciate, and helped me to realize how much stronger I was getting. He was flexible with scheduling and was able to work with my needs. After having a spinal fusion on my lower back roughly 6 months ago and undergoing several months of physical therapy at one of the larger health centers; one of my friends introduced me to GI Jane fitness. I asked Jane what she could do to help me get back into shape and strengthen my core & back. She challenged me to eat better and workout appropriately for my situation. I choose Jane to help in my rehabilitation and after working with her for a short time she has been able to get me walking several miles each week and eating healthier than I have in years. She takes her responsibility of helping/training others seriously and worked with me to tailor a specific training regime that would work for my busy schedule and time constraints. I was a little apprehensive at first, but her technique and ability to challenge me to become stronger and healthier in general has been a huge success. The one thing she told me once is, It may be tough, but I will help you get through it. That saying encapsulates everything about Jane and her abilities.
Joe was my personal trainer for over a year and I was very satisfied with the quality of training he provided. My program included a warm-up, progressive power-lifting, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. The exercises were fun, challenging, and at times quirky. No two workouts were ever the same. Joe adapted and modified the program around my needs instead of trying to plug me into some preset routine. I learned that a person does not have to spend two hours in the gym every day in order to see results. With Joes guidance and encouragement, I was able to accomplish things I never thought possible. Joe really listens to and cares about his clients. He demonstrates a willingness to research, explain, and physically demonstrate each technique. He is not afraid to pull in movement from many types of disciplines. This keeps the workouts fresh and interesting as well as efficient and effective. Joe emphasizes life balance (eating, sleeping, exercising, etc). He practices what he preaches. He is very knowledgeable, is willing to continue learning, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend hiring Joe as your trainer.
The time I spent training with Jai Hyler was nothing short of life changing. I initially sought a personal trainer because I was no longer making progress on my own. I found one prior to Jai, and it was a horrible experience. The man encouraged me to eat like a slob, he wrote me lackluster programming, and he was verbally abusive. The man eventually left my club without warning, and dropped all his clients. I felt lost. When Jai replaced him, I was initially distrustful. I feared more of the same! What I found was a man who was courteous, supportive and very knowledgeable. The consumate professional. He taught me much about nutrition, physiology, and hypertrophy training techniques. These things led me to achieve great physical improvements, but the most significant changes were mental. I came from a place of self-hatred and dependency. I left feeling self-sufficient, believing that no goal was beyond my grasp with perseverance and effort. I learned that every failure and triumph is a lesson. I learned to think on a spectrum rather than in absolutes. To anyone considering employing this man, I say do it. He’s worth it. He is a master of changing not just bodies, but lives. If you stick with him, you will experience personal revelations. You will learn you can do more than you ever thought possible. You will have the courage to actively pursue your dreams instead of waiting for “the right time.” You will have the tools to be strong and healthy for the rest of your life. Nick is an exceptional trainer, whom also has exceptional knowledge of the muscle system, and more. He custom plans your training sessions to meet your needs and goals. And he works with you, to have your training session at times that work best for you, to the best of his ability. I've been training with Nick for a long time, he keeps me accountable, and pushes me to do more than I think I can.
Dylan is committed to providing the best fitness and nutrition plan that works for your body and your needs - definitely not a "one workout plan fits all" mentality! I needed to adjust my type of workouts to hit specific fitness goals and asked Dylan for help in creating the right training plan. In every training session he provides knowledge on why certain movements active certain muscles and tips on how I can best maximize each movement. He's also knowledgable in proper nutrition based on my goals. Plus, he's super responsive whenever I have a question. In my time working with him, it seems he really cares about building great professional relationships with his clients so that they can all reach their goals.

Matt Walters is an awesome trainer, He knows what he's talking about with training each time he gives me a good workout but not where I'm hurting for the next week like some trainers have done. I trust his method,I'm seeing and feeling results. I'm so glad I found him,very professional and easy to talk to.I definitely recommend him to everyone and he's affordable.
Steve is a very hard working professional. He always pushed to get the best he could out of me. He also was very personable with a fun personality. He always made sure things were fun even though we were also serious about the work at hand. I always looked forward to training days. Highly recommend.
I can't believe the good fortune I had when I started working with Legends staff. The facility on Vliet St. Is charming. You can get a massage, facial, manicure and hair styled too. I work out with Henry. I love training with him. He has worked really hard to fix the multiple orthopedic problems I have. At 63 I can't believe how fit I am. I used to limp and that's gone. My knees hurt all the time but not anymore and my back was a painful mess. That's over too. I appreciate the honesty I get from staff. The gym only serves 2 or 3 clients at a time so if you are self conscious that is a nice feature. I have gotten to know a lot of the other clients and have enjoyed t everybody I've met there. There don't seem to be any mean people here. Good attracts good.
