I took piano lessons from Ms. Garin for 11 years (from ages 7-18). She helped me develop an abiding love for piano playing that is still with me at age 33. I learned about composers I would not otherwise have known and was encouraged to consistently refine my technique to emphasize the expression in my playing. I am not a professional pianist, but I am confident I will always play because of my lessons with Ms. Garin!

My son Waylon takes piano lessons from Steve. It has been such a rewarding experience for my son. When we have to miss a lesson Steve makes it very easy to make it up. My son likes to improvise and Steve allows him to at times. Steve is very patient with my son as my son has some sensory issues. In my son's own words, "Mr. Steve is extremely inspirational." We recommend him highly for anyone.

My daughter has been taking piano lessons from Fran for years now and has made great progress. I chose Fran because he is a professional singer as well. I am hoping one day she will want to add the singing. Fran is very nice and encourages his students without pressuring.

I took lessons from Dennis for about three months; leaving for college is my only reason for not continuing lessons. He was able to reverse my poor piano habits that I learned over the course of 18 years. He is professional, polite, and patient. I would have never imagined being able to do the things I learned from him. I am highly satisfied with my growth from taking piano lessons from Dennis.

Ms. Lynn has taught me for about 6 years. I started with her at age 54. She is delightful and easy to work with. I intend on taking lessons from her for the rest of my life. I've improved dramatically under her tutelage. She makes taking piano lessons a very enjoyable experience. Mike S.

Hannah was an excellent piano teacher for my son. She was able to incorporate different learning techniques which kept my son interested and made the lessons fun for him. In addition to learning piano playing skills she also incorporated theory lessons each week. I would highly recommend her as a teacher.

Lowell provided piano Jazz and Theory lessons for several years. He is an excellent teacher, and puts his heart into teaching. I have had a myriad of piano teachers over the years, most of whom are not engaged or invested in your future as a student. Lowell, however, caters the lesson planning to the desire of the student, not just where he thinks there is improvement needed. A personal example was how I wanted additional ear training. He worked hard to develop my musical ear, not just my jazz and theory knowledge.

About

My name is Ron Kaspar, and in 1997, I began sharing my 25 years of piano playing with students, young and old. While teaching piano lessons in Milwaukee, I have also learned to base my lessons on each student’s individual needs and goals. I believe it is important as a piano teacher to teach music theory, note reading, technique, and performance skills. I encourage memorization and creativity to ensure a wider range of ability, so that each student may develop their own unique style. If you live in Milwaukee, Franklin, Greenfield, Greendale, Oak Creek, or the surrounding area, I'll bring the piano instruction to you.
