Anthony did a beautiful job installing our hardwood floor including stairs and bathroom tile. He takes the time necessary to do the job right and make the installation look perfect. He also has good pricing so it's a great value. He's a very nice guy and great to work with.

My wife and I hired Alfredo to do a painting project, when that was done we had him put down an 1100 sq. ft. hardwood floor. When he finished that we had him install a new tile floor in one of our bathrooms. He is still at our house finishing another project. Needless to say we are extremely happy with the work that Alfredo does, the workmanship is excellent and everything he does is done in a professional manner. We have no second thoughts about leaving him a key and give him free reign of our house to work in it while we are gone. Give him a chance, I know you will not regret it. Bryan G

We wanted a tile backsplash installed with an insert above the cooktop and under the hood. Approximately 24 linear feet. Steven Brown arrived at the agreed upon time, went to work immediately to protect cabinets, countertop and floors. Since we had selected 2"X4" tiles, there were numerous cuts that had to be made. Steven was meticulous in his work and just as diligent in leaving a clean work place when he finished for the day. The work took slightly longer than anticipated but Steven never rushed just to finish. We are extremely pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Brown Quality Construction to any prospective customer. Jim and Dottie Mark

I am Nels Sostrom and had Les do some work for me around the yard at my place at 615 Oakhurst Drive in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I was really impressed and satisfied with the work Les did taking down the old fence around the back yard and replacing it. The new fence was very well build using deck screws rather than nails. He replaced the 4x4 posts with treated posts into concrete, connecting them together with 2x4 stringers to which he attached the vertical picket slats with rust proof screws. I was also impressed of how Les replaced the old utility shed with a new and larger shed. In one short day he cut the roof off the old shed into sections and placed it into the dumpster. Then he cut the rest of the old shed into pieces and placed that into the dumpster. The old shed had a concrete floor and short footing. The ground around the footing had filled up until water would run into the floor area. Les designed the new shed for which he had obvious experience. Rather than using the old foundation as it was originally intended he ingenuously build a new foundation setting on top of the old foundation using treated timbers. The new shed is a beauty. It is much more useful. Tall enough to stand up in and with much more storage. I like barn look with hipped roof with shingles. Les is very nice to work with. He is easy to talk to and works very efficiently and cleaned up nicely after the work was done

Was great having Nick in our home. Not only was his work exceptional, but the price was as well. He painted two rooms, replaced a piece of subfloor, and installed flooring in an extremely timely manner. Highly recommend Foco Factotum to any and all. Thanks Nick!

I'm in the process of getting my Condo ready to sell in a few months and needed to replace some white floor base boards. Although not a large project, this is one that I know I could not accomplish myself, so I needed an expert. Chris Hubert came in to evaluate the situation and was very quick to give me both a realistic bid and one that was very competitive. We ended up having the baseboards and a door frame replaced in our entryway and surrounding our dinning room. Chris Hubert was quick, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. The completed job was more than I expected in quality and made our entryway and dinning room look new again. I'm sure with his expert work that I will now get a higher selling bid than if I were to have simply painted the floor boards. Thank you Chris for your great work!

Our project was a complete removal of existing flooring, and install of Pergo laminate for about 1300 square feet. Ray did an amazing job with both the removal, as well as the install. All of the baseboards were removed without damage, and the flooring was gone in no time. After speaking with several flooring companies in the area, we were disappointed with the options they offered us for some areas of the trim, but Ray was quick to suggest an option that not only saved us money, but looked far better than any option suggested by other companies. Ray even worked with us on the long shipping times of some of the trim pieces, and was willing to make a separate trip out, after the project was done, to attach a few final pieces of trim. I would 100% recommend Ray to anyone looking for flooring in the area.
