I use to go to the gym, but it was a little hard for me to stay focused on my workouts. What I needed was someone to to help me push myself to my limits, Shes positive and is focused on your needs. Some one knowledgeable about their workouts. Nadine is all that. Looking to shred some fat she has many workouts she can choose from. I was satisfied with my first week of working out because the workouts weren't always the same and just when you think you're getting familiar with the workouts she throws in some boxing (my favorite). I was sore all over my body. What I have noticed when I've worked out with her other clients is that she modifies some workout because Not everyone is at the same level of fitness or they have gone through surgery and can't do certain workouts. She finds different workout techniques to do if they feel pain or if it's uncfortable. Another awsome thing about Nadine is that she works around your schedule. She cares for for clients. Results, I have seen results in her other clients and I. If you fallow the meal plan and do the workout you will notice the difference in your level of fitness and in your body. I started towards the end of February- May and currently going and I have seen results all over my body from my calves to my chest, everything is coming into shape. I feel very fortunate to have Gregory as my personal trainer! From the start I knew I would benefit from his vast knowledge and experience in the profession, and felt confident that he would provide the personal approach and guidance I required. As a 65-year old woman who had not been following a fitness regimen for some time, I didn’t really know where to start to work toward my goals in a consistent measurable way. Gregory assessed my overall condition, and then designed a solid and comprehensive -- yet easy to follow -- flexible program that is tailored to my needs. It is based on the most current researched methods and is manageable, interesting, and fun! I always look forward to our sessions! Additionally, he is patient and works with my limitations to make certain that the techniques are accurate so that I avoid any injuries. Between sessions he maintains regular contact via texts in order to encourage me, and to keep me motivated and on track. Even in a short time I can already see improvements and doubt I would have achieved these results without his assistance! I trained with Carolyn for over a month when I used to live in Tempe. She is great with the kind of exercise she makes you do, depending on your body type. She gave me some great tips on eating right. She does Yoga and I do Yoga a lot. I improved some of my Yoga poses while training with her. She is very passionate about fitness and gives her best while training you. I enjoyed training with her.
I am writing this review for Karen Grover my former bootcamp trainer! Karen is a great person to train with because she has a great personality and knows what she is doing. The best thing I liked about training with her was the fact that she was very knowledgable in how to work those special places that I needed. She is different from other trainers in the fact that she will push you to your fullest potential without making it seem as difficult as it really is. She always gave thorough instructions or demonstrations of each workout. Karen helped me reach my goals of toning up my problem areas, losing body fat, and increasing my endurance. I started to run 5K's with ease, all because of her training. She made workouts fun, and I saw results! I have been working out with Nick since November 2009 - he has seen me through illness and injury, always working within my physical limitations to make sure I become fit and healthy. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and tailors his workouts to the individual, really focusing on functional fitness. I am so happy he has his own training studio now and can offer even more fitness options to his clients.
During the process of finding a trainer to help me reach my goal, I tried a couple of different workout gyms and trainers and none of them came close to Eddie's training. I finally made myself go to training and Eddie motivates me to keep coming back, the changes I see and feel have been great. Friends and family have even noticed my body is slimmer and more fit. The nutrition plan he help put together has changed my eating habits considerably. He is always changing up the workout, so it's never repetitive and he really keeps you motivated! Whatever your goal is he will do whatever it takes to help you! I highly recommend Eddie as your personal trainer! :)
Last summer I decided I was ready to look into exercise assist type options - gym, personal trainer, classes, etc. During my search, I came across Keleigh at Balanced Strength. I liked the idea of being able to work out in a home-based setting, and she had excellent reviews, so I emailed her. She was prompt in her reply and very courteous. I met with Keleigh the following week and I learned just how challenging Pilates is. But I liked it enough to go back . Keleigh creates challenging workouts, but she's also very good at making sure you rest when you need to. And if something doesn't feel right during any part of the workout, she's good at making instant modifications to avoid injury. Keleigh is also good about changing things up. Minus a few scheduling conflicts, I've seen her weekly for 6 months now and have only repeated a couple of exercises that I can remember. We have also incorporated a few HIIT workouts and even a hybrid of HIIT with Pilates. I have struggled with liking exercise my entire life, but I actually look forward to my weekly sessions with Keleigh. I highly recommend her!
Jessica is great to work with. She is motivating, but not over the top, she listens and takes time to customize the workout to meet your fitness level and your fitness goals.

Gage is a very knowledgeable and passionate individual. You can tell he is there for you and can explain his practice in depth. Not only that I saw improvement in movement after one session. Couldn’t recommend him anymore highly!
I have been working with Marlene for 5+ years. She is an excellent trainer who works with your specific needs and goals. I have trained for triathlons and rehabilitated numerous injuries with her. I highly recommned her for anyone looking to start or continue a fitness program. Her approach is personalization with a scientific basis.

Mesa Personal Trainer, Mike, is friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, professional yet personal in that he will tailor training suggestions to you and your body. He is not a "one size fits all" trainer. Never pushy or aggressive, always encouraging, I highly recommend Mesa Personal Training (and this from a 70+ year old woman!)

I never enjoyed working out until I started training with Courtney. What sets her apart is her ability to really listen to her clients and what they are looking for in a workout. She listens to you, what your goals are, and works with you to develop a challenging workout of exercises you enjoy doing while achieving your fitness goals. One aspect of personal training that I always experienced was getting bored with the workouts. However, Courtney does not shy away from trying new exercises and brings her own wealth of knowledge and new ideas about the latest trends or workouts. Courtney is tough and there is no doubt about that but if you're looking to walk away from your training session feeling like a warrior or glowing goddess, she is the trainer for you.
Before training with Moses, I was never really sure if what I was doing in the gym was right or whether or not my diet was adequate. With Moses' fitness and nutrition coaching, programs and wise guidance, I can now go to the gym with the confidence of knowing that the program I am working is the right program for me.
