Wendy has been extremely helpful in getting me to relax and reflect through meditation. She is an active listener and does an excellent job in helping me to overcome some of my anxieties and fears through her knowledge, experience and wisdom. She has also worked with my children, ages 7 and 10. Despite both of their apprehension to participating in meditation with Wendy, they both really enjoyed the experience and want to go back.

I have had several hour long Reiki treatments by Diana and I can say that she is a powerful channel of the reiki healing energy. I always feel much better after my sessions with her. I was not very familiar with yoga before I started sessions with Renee. I found Renee to be a caring and thoughtful teacher. She shaped our sessions around stretches, breathing techniques and meditation that would be specific in aiding in my healing process after surgery. Renee encouraged me to go at a pace that I was comfortable with. The result were so significant in a short period of time. Private yoga with Chris was such a treat! I'm new to yoga and wanted the chance to learn in the privacy of my own home and at my own pace. He is well versed in making the practice accessible and understandable, I always felt at ease in his presence. Couldn't ask for more out of a yoga teacher.
A year ago I began the practice of hot yoga at my daughters encouragement. My daughter is a yoga instructor and said it would be good for me at this stage of my life. As a senior citizen, I was reluctant to start the practice of hot yoga. I agreed to take yoga classes at my daughters studio and that is where I met Shelly White another yoga teacher and friend of my daughter. I immediately fell in love with Shelly. Her big beautiful smile and her caring personality was what I found to be encouraging to me starting this program at my age. I soon joined a yoga studio near my home and was pleasantly surprized that Shelly taught one of my Friday afternoon classes. A bundle of nerves starting this new venture, Shelly sooned calmed me down and was very helpful to me as I learned the class and the poses. Shelly made me comfortable by being so helpful and patient with me that I never missed her Friday afternoon class after that. We have become great friends and Shelly is the greatest teacher who helped a senior start a new program of hot yoga.

From the moment I met Suzy I knew she would be a fabulous yoga teacher. She is incredibly skilled with her knowledge of bodywork, yoga and nutrition. In Thai massage, the body is moved rhythmically to allow opening of the joints, stretching of the muscles and tendons, toning of the internal organs and balancing of the bodys energy. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, clarity and joy. This style of massage is done fully-clothed and on a mat to allow for bigger movements. I can also train in Pilates, high-intensity workouts and resistance (body weight) training.
