Suzanne McCloskey says, "I put in my request for hot water heater repair and they immediately scheduled me for next-day service.I had what I thought was a failed heating element and was unable to remove it myself. Joel arrived and was so courteous and friendly. He was able to remove the stuck element and offered to replace the other one just in case, as well as the thermostats. he quoted me a reasonable price for all of this. I was so happy not to be gouged as has often been my experience with other companies. He stayed to refill the tank and ensure all was working well. As it turned out, there was a crack in the tank and it was leaking. He presented me with my options, among them a new tankless unit, which I chose to do. They did not charge me at all for the attempted repairs to the old defective hot water tank!!! Joel and company returned just a couple days later, hauled away the old tank and installed the tankless beautifully. Thank you AquaForce for your excellent and professional service. I will be calling you again when other plumbing needs arise. Highly recommend."See more

Cameron was a little OCD with the plumbing - almost a shame to cover it with drywall. Personable plumber and nice work. Recommend.

Brandon from Top Rated Plumbing responded to our inquiry right away and provided an in home estimate. We needed an 84" bathroom Double Vanity installed with all plumbing, hook-ups, sinks, marble counter top, faucets and back splash. And because the home was old, the job was going to require additional customization to plumb. His was not the first estimate we received but he immediately impressed us with his plan to accomplish the job and at a very competitive price, so we scheduled on the spot. Brandon and his assistant arrived as scheduled and completed the job exceeding our expectations, and did so in one visit without complication. Anthony has been great to work with remodeling this master bath water closet. He and his crew showed up every day, on time and did a great job. They removed a Tub, and the surrounding walls, upgraded the plumbing, and created a beautiful walk-in shower. We are not done with Anthony, next on the list will be upgrading the master bedroom vanity and prep work for new kitchen cabinets. Then next spring we plan on remodeling the guest bathroom. David came right over after I'd called about a plumbing issue I had where the shut off valve had broken off under a sink where I was trying to replace a bathroom faucet. He got right to work and replaced the valves and installed both faucets on both sinks for a great price. Thank you, David. A suggestion would be that he put down a sheet or towel to cover the carpet, as there were small bits of sludge and plumber's putty on the carpeted floor after he finished. Other than that, job well done.

Just moved into our new place within the last 2 months. Still trying to get used to things. I dropped a smaller sink stopped in the master bathroom drain and it was lodged in there. I couldn't get it out. Booked an appointment, stating it was not urgent, but they were able to come out the next day. Trevor showed up on time, and I showed him the problem and he was able to fix it fast. I also explained a couple other issues I thought were going on and he also addressed them. Trevor was very knowledgeable and personable. Was very happy with the service and the cost! I will definitely call them again if I'm in need of plumbing services! Thank you!
