Joel arrived and was so courteous and friendly. He was able to remove the stuck element and offered to replace the other one just in case, as well as the thermostats. he quoted me a reasonable price for all of this. I was so happy not to be gouged as has often been my experience with other companies. He stayed to refill the tank and ensure all was working well. As it turned out, there was a crack in the tank and it was leaking. He presented me with my options, among them a new tankless unit, which I chose to do. They did not charge me at all for the attempted repairs to the old defective hot water tank!!! Joel and company returned just a couple days later, hauled away the old tank and installed the tankless beautifully. Thank you AquaForce for your excellent and professional service. I will be calling you again when other plumbing needs arise. Highly recommend."See more

Roberto was absolutely fantastic! The project originally started off with just helping me install bathroom faucets. Then through conversation while doing the faucets Roberto knew I was having trouble with my water softener and agreed to look at it and trouble shoot it for no charge. The softener was officially toast and Roberto offered me a great price to replace it. We went to Home Depot together got the softener and he installed it same day. He also helped me install a new bathroom vanity. Overall, Roberto was great! I absolutely recommend and will be using Roberto for future plumbing needs.

Always punctual, cordial and professional. His work was perfect quality. He will work with any schedule and can do everything. In my home he did the following: repaired a severe leak in my bathtub, replaced/upgraded all the hardware in my bathroom, replaced a sconce to a hanging electrical cord outlet, replaced all my smoke detectors which are also connected electrically, repaired my door jam and casing around my door which had been causing my electrical bill to soar as air was seeping in and out, and replaced a baseboard which was warped due to water damage. I plan to hire him to tile my bathrooms, hook up my plumbing when I get new counter tops and sinks, and paint my interior. I highly recommend Calvin Franklin.

I'm giving Elite Rooter Phoenix 3 stars here is why. I appreciate their early response, transparency, detailed orientation. I was having issues with some plumbing systems, loud water running, and some leaking. Elite Rooter Phoenix came as early as they can. Connected me with a restoration company, cut everything open, and inspect some plumbing issues. They have assured myself that everything worked out in the end including dealing with the assurance company which they did. However, I wish everything worked out the way I wanted. The restoration company always showed up late for their appointment, or sometimes one of their technicians called out last minute, but they would communicate with me. I had to ask it and asked either halfway through my appointment to find out what's going on. They did an estimate to put everything back in. I haven't heard from them since. I contacted Elite Rooster, haven't heard anything back. I contacted the insurance company, I haven't heard anything. I contacted the restoration company, they say they are working with the insurance. So I just don't know how long it'll take to have my bathroom back yet. So I'm left with an unavailable bathroom down. Holes in my walls. My house became an unsafe environment for my toddler. All the containment is falling. I'm no clueless about what to do from here.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. He was originally scheduled to show up between 8 and 9. I called him at 11 to see where he was at, he apologized and said he would come right over. I called at 1 to cancel and he begged me not to that he was down the street. I should have listened to my gut. He took 6 hours just to plumb in a new shower valve and remove a drain plug that was stuck in the tub. And he destroyed my tub, he cut the drain shoe out and in doing so cut through the drain hole in my tub that no drain cover will cover. I now have to replace my tub and retile around my bathroom.

The water wouldn’t drain in our bathroom sink. Someone from this company was sent, spent 5 hours trying to solve the problem, broke our vanity and switched out our p pipe and charged us over $500. Meanwhile, we had another plumber come the next day and fixed our clogged drain in 30 minutes. 1UP Plumbing did partially refund us $400, but we are very upset with the service. We now need to replace what was a perfectly fine vanity, AND fix the piping the guy had replaced BACK to what it was before, all for a clogged drain. What should have been $200 at most to fix a clogged drain, is now costing us us at least $700. I’m sure there are great/experienced plumbers that work with 1UP but beware, that was not the case for us.

Out of the 3 companies that we reached out to on Thumbtack, 1UP Plumbing company was the only honest one. The others said they wouldn’t touch it because they thought there could be more extensive damage and one even wanted us to call our insurance company and prepare for a big remodel job to remove everything in the bathroom without even pulling the toilet up to see if there was mold or how much water was underneath. 1UP came out and fixed the toilet leak within an hour for a reasonable price and saw there was not a lot of water and that it would dry out. Sure enough it is drying out very quickly. We do live in Arizona where water evaporates quickly. And Jason is so friendly and good human being. It felt like we were dealing with people in a small town who cared about us instead of a transactional big city experience. I am so grateful for this company being honest and responding quickly.

This was our first time using Simba Plumbing and most likely our last. We needed to get our shower fixtures replaced since we had guests coming into town. It required new piping and cutting into the drywall in my laundry room. While I did appreciate that he got to work right away and his perseverance when he ran into a few hiccups….what was not great was that the finished product of the install was left with a gap (no caulk) between the faucet and the wall allowing water into the wall. Both the bathroom and laundry rooms were left dirty, dusty and a complete mess. While he was moving the dryer in and out of position, he knocked off glass air fresheners off the shelf that shattered into tiny pieces and didn’t say anything! My husband stepped onto shards of glass! Not cool. Also, the drywall was not patched up, which he did tell me but said it was “covered by the dryer anyway.” I’ve never had a plumber that didn’t complete the work, patch up the drywall afterwards, or clean up afterwards for that matter.

10/10 would recommend!!! Our tenant LOVED Adam & Casey with State 48! > I contacted them and within a couple hours they were on the way to fix her clogged tub drain! Her review of their service is down below.... "Thank you for sending State 48 Drain Service! Adam and Casey were the most professional plumbing crew I've ever seen! They called 10 minutes out to see if the time was still okay (they were closer to noon than 2 p.m. in the window they provided ahead of time), and arrived ready to work. After introducing themselves, they assessed the problem and went back out to to the vehicle to get equipment. Once back in the apartment, they put down a tarp to protect the bathroom floor and surrounding area before getting to work. After unclogging the drain, they provided a summary of what caused the clogging and even scrubbed the tub after they finished working. Wow! Casey and Adam set a new standard for drain services. It's clear they know how to run a business well. As expected, the drain worked great at shower time. Thank you again for taking care of this. I would be happy to have State 48 Drains back if ever needed. I plan to pass their information to friends and family who might need drain services. State 48 operates 24/7 and handles emergencies, too, so that's great."
