I'm in my late 40's , previously fit but had been spiraling downward with regard to diet and exercise. Have been training with d-rock for the last few weeks at my home and it has been a great experience. He has varied high intensity workouts that utilize multiple disciplines: hiit/ sprints / bw exercises/ wt training. He is also working with me with regard to diet and acting as my "conscience" which is needed ( especially at the beginning). On a personal level he is friendly , with an easy manner. He is to focused and interested in helping his client achieve success. Appears that it is more than just a job for him. He is punctual and reliable as well.
Training with Nadine has been a life changer. In two months I am feeling much happier & more confident about my body and the group environment has introduced me to great new friends & helped with my social anxiety. Nadine's workouts are fun and always changing and she is very flexible and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend!!

Katie is so much fun to work with. She is so friendly and the whole time we do workout it was awesome. when is started i was not hoping that i would loose weight and finish my target in just 3 months. Katie made it possible and i lost almost 10 pounds in just 2.5 months of time with 5 day week work out for one hour.apart from loosing weight my stamina improved a lot. Katie not only trained us but has taken a very good care of our diet. We used to have regular discussions on our daily diet and gave us a nutrition plan to follow. I really appreciate for a great guidance and being so friendly and making us feel interested in doing work out. Will be missing all the gud time we all had during work outs. Danny and Emma have been amazing to work with. My husband and I train with Danny twice a week in our home (separate sessions). We hadn't been working out recently so Danny was great about easing us into it a bit and then turning up the intensity pretty quickly. The training is incredibly adaptable to the situation - one night I had a fussy infant so instead of canceling or trying to bounce back and forth, he switched up the workout to 'sandbag style' where I could hold her and still get a good workout in (something both my daughter and I enjoyed). He's also honed in on the type of training we really enjoy, for me its boxing, making it fun and productive! I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Emma, his wife and partner in the business. She's been so helpful in working around our crazy schedules, between last minute work trips, out of town visitors and illness, they've both been extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone who is trying to get back in shape or push their athletic prowess to the next level. He's fun, easy-going and respectful of your personal needs.

Open, comfortable experience in general. Massage was very relaxing and Gage was responsive to my feedback during massage when I wanted more or less pressure or focus on muscle groups. He set up a soothing atmosphere. During training sessions, Gage is direct, gives constant feedback and support. He's really skilled at perceiving my limits and pushing them enough to where I want to come back and do more rather than being too 'beat up' to continue. He sets feasible goals for training and then we crush them as a team. He's so supportive and humble and yet he's serious and means business while we work. Gage is a personable and kind man and most importantly, all his love and passion for wellness comes through in his work.
This has been my second time working with a trainer and I’m very satisfied! In the little time that I have been training I have already seen results with my ability in my sport. This training has helped me so much physically and mentally. I came into the training being the first volleyball player, Marcus is always attentive to your needs and your goals and just getting you to where you want to be.
I had done crossfit training for a few years and had to stop due to financial issues. When I was ready to regain my trim strong body, I did a search for a new trainer. After meeting Patrick, I knew he was the trainer for me. We have worked together twice and I know I made the correct choice. He evaluates my performance with everything I do and modifies my exercises to suit where I am that day. That is what works best for me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has the kind of positive attitude I love to be around and share with others. I am very happy with Patrick and look forward to training with him for a long time!

I began training with Rose in march of 2017. Let me tell you, Best decision I have ever made for my health! Since then I feel a difference with my level of energy. I met Dennis in College back in 2010-2011 & after I finished school, I slowly started working out with him after seeing firsthand his own personal transformation, which was AMAZING! We started seriously training in December of 2017, 6 months ago & I can tell you now, he has changed my life drastically! I am down 60lbs, training for my first figure competition, & the happiest & healthiest I have ever been; thanks to Dennis. Being a retired college athlete, trying to stay in shape on your own is a tough, but Dennis encourages, motivates & is extremely knowledgeable in his profession.
