Ann's Lifestyle Fitness has been providing personal training and nutrition counseling since 1996. Ann Barnard believes that making clients happy and satisfied with her services is possible through sharing goals with them and making them feel that the outcome of their time with her is as important to her as it is to them. Her expertise is focused on mixing the benefits of proper nutrition with exercise.
