Latest Review: As a former collegiate athlete, I've had many trainers over the years and Mark is the best, hands down. He's patient, supportive, and accommodating while also making sure you put in the hard work and see the results you want. I've witnessed him train such an incredibly diverse set of clients and he always knows exactly how to get each of them where they want to be. I've seen him help turn a slim guy into a hard core professional body builder who dominates competitions. On the other hand some people, like myself, are returning from serious injury or have been on this fitness/weight loss journey for a while, so it's a more intimidating and emotional experience for us. He's definitely got your back there too, and I think this is where he really shines and sticks out from any other trainer.
