Stephen is currently working with me as my trainer. He is assisting me with my fitness and nutrition goals. He is quite knowledgeable about what is required to achieve my goals and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will help you set goals and properly push you to do your best.
I was recently referred by a friend to try a bootcamp of Impact Fitness and I was not disappointed! The trainers were very knowledgable and energized which made the workouts fun and challenging. We started out with some warm-up exercises, and spent the next hour working out our arms, legs, abs, everything! It was definitely a total body workout, and I felt great when I left! The trainers absolutely rocked! They were extremely tuned in to everyone's individual needs, modifying or increasing the difficulty as needed. I'd definitely recommend this team of trainers to anyone interested in making a stride in their personal fitness. Im looking forward to the next bootcamp!
I've worked out with trainers before, even one that I loved, and the experience with Anthony has still been on a different level entirely. For the last 5 weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Anthony as my trainer. I have found capacities in my body that I didn't know existed. Anthony is hardly summed up by a five star review. Anthony has one of the sunniest and positive personalities you'll never meet. The workouts are different every day and are fun and enjoyable and never boring. The gym environment is also great. From other trainers and other gym goers, everyone is kind, supportive, and encouraging. Expect to be greeted by everyone when you arrive. Since my first day, the atmosphere has been nothing but positive. I feel very welcomed and extremely comfortable. I've been very impressed with my experience thus far. I love the that God's cultivates a great mix of clientele. I see both men and women (regardless of age, level of fitness, or experience) working on their goals.
I've been working with Evan and his team for quite some time now and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've worked with several trainers in the past at other gyms or studios but have to say this has been the best experience. It's obvious all of the trainers here know fitness and teh facility is top notch. It's a very welcome and low key environment. I've seen several people in their 80s train here which has been great to see! It's never too crowded and only personal training. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing instruction on weight training or looking to get into shape.
Gerard is the trainer of trainers, he has stamina, strength, and balance in training me. I am older, and I need to be watched for my strengths and weaknesses. He knows nutrition as well, and combines the training with that skill, which makes him exceptional. He's tough and clear about body building.
I was looking for a trainer to work with me occasionally to create workouts I could do on my own at my gym. My goal was to do those workouts for 3-4 weeks and then circle back with the trainer to learn more exercises. And Aaron delivered! He listened to what I wanted, and during our first session, he took time to learn my workout habits and assess my fitness level. The workout he created was perfect for me. I'm so excited to continue working with him! (And his gym space is great!)
This is the perfect place to come to get fit. My usual MO is sign up for fitness classes or trainers, get pushed really hard and give up in a week or two. Youniquely has a different style from other trainers, bootcamps and fitness classes I have taken. The training is truly uniquely fitted to your needs and accelerated or decelerated based on how you are doing and whether you want to or not. This is the difference between buying a dress that is mass-produced vs getting a custom fitted gown!!
I have tried so many diets and exercise options but never stayed motivated long enough to get results until I met john. He has completely changed my mentality and has been an exceptional motivater!!! I hope to have him a part of my fitness and health life for a long time.if someone wants results bFitandLive will get you there!!! I would recommend him to everyone as long as it doesn't cut into my time!!!! Hahahaha

John/fast pace PT is the third personal training service I have used, after having two other personal trainers. I was introduced to David by a friend who is training with him. I have had several trainers in the past but was never very comfortable until I started working out with David. He is very soothing in his desire to make the best program for you. He drives you and also gets you to understand what it takes and will take,to get to your desired goals.The workouts are strenuous and precise but he gets you in and out. I am truly happy with the way my body is changing.
Cassie has been invaluable to me and my fitness. Not only is she an amazing trainer that pushes me with varied and challenging routines. She also is working with me to address my nutrition and has extensive expertise on both side of the equation of the interaction of exercise and food. I am on a solid path to health as a result of Cassie's support. The studio is great, clean and has a wonderful atmosphere.

Before I began attending Vince's martial arts classes I was extremely shy and ashamed to go in because I was so over-weight. I would walk by his class and watch him and his experienced students and I so badly wanted to be there too. I finally decided to go in one day, despite of my hesitation, and that was the best decision I ever made. Since day one Vince has been extremely welcoming and tremendously patient and helpful. This last year I finally decided to take private training sessions with Vince and they are worth every penny. He's helped increased my cardiovascular and muscle fitness. The side effect of which has been weight loss. When I first started training in martial arts with Vince I was a complete newbie. I had no prior experience. After 2.5 years of training and an increase in private sessions I finally competed in my first fight. He has helped me every step of they way and has supported my growth as a fighter. Today we continue to train and are looking forward to new opportunities to compete. I've worked with some other trainers the past couple of years and Jason is the best I've worked with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and will push you to reach your goals. Jason has a great personality and is very professional. Cindy's experience and professionalism really shows during our first consultation and workout. Cindy addressed my muscle imbalance with my hips and shoulders. After 3 sessions with Cindy, I've already started feeling some improvements with my movements. Her workouts are challenging. She knows when to push me when I needed and adjust to my needs. I like her coaching and positive encouragement and a good personality. I've sample 4 other trainers before meeting with Cindy. All 4 trainers put me through the same workout right away with benching & squats. Cindy was different and I was sold right away.

I am no novice to working out but Susan always brings new workouts into the mix so it’s never boring! I love her creativity and ability to modify movements to fit my fitness level. Matt is working with me twice a week on strength training especially for my core. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He is patient yet on each machine or exercise he frequently asks me if I can go up on weight, stretch further, etc. He creates a varied routine for me & I enjoy the sessions. Matt is always looking out for my safety & guides me as to proper form. He always takes into account my specific weak areas. He is flexible w scheduling. I've worked with three very good trainers however, I feel I've made the most progress toward my goals with Matt. I look forward to my sessions with Matt & my mind/body feel good when I go home. I know I'm in good, professional, experienced hands.
